This thing goes WAY beyond expectation! It automatically balances solar inputs and circuit outputs, charging the battery to peak and then shutting off the solar if you aren’t loading it with household circuits. If battery charge drops below your pre-set emergency battery storage level, it pulls electricity from the grid to fill in the gaps. You’re covered 24/7, one way or another. I’ve been eyeballing it and testing things and on a sunny summer day, overnight draws are replaced and the batteries topped off by noonish. Right now, my whole house is running through it with the exception of the A/C and the circuit that the unit is plugged into in order to draw grid power. I have more solar cells coming and a second battery, at which point I expect the electric company to start wondering why I’m selling them electricity but not buying any.

Our son is a huge ecoflow fan so he recommended for us to get the ecoflow delta pro ultra! He has an extra inverter so it turns out that all we needed to buy was the battery itself! It’s great since we got to save money instead of buying the whole system! The battery is very heavy but at 110lb or so we aren’t too old to move it quite yet! (In our 70s). Our son recommended us to use it to backup our refrigerator since we don’t yet have the smart panel installed so we can’t quite tie it into our home, and our HOA don’t allow for solar panels, but my son and I ran a test and this thing is running our refrigerator as we speak and it’s been two and half days! Still got around 7% left! It’s a game changer for retiree like myself because I travel a lot with my wife and often gone for weeks, so being able to back up my fridge for so long really gave me the peace of mind. I also own some rental property and to be able to power up a tenant’s home during an outage is also quite useful! Nothing make happier tenants than light and warmth. Lastly, my beautiful grandkids love to play with this big instrument. My naughty son even shove his sister away just so he can play with it. She keep saying “sheer!” I think she wants to play too.

Amazing! This is the 2nd one we have purchased this one was sent to my aunt in New Orleans for hurricane storm backup power. It was easy to set up. Perfect amount of power to get through the storm and then can start charging up with the solar panels. This is great because you can continue to add to this system if you find yourself needing more battery. Quality product.

Absolutely Amazing product! However Ecoflow ships with Fed Ex and requires signatures .. I have ordered 3 times totaling 4 deliveries .. The first delivery that I took the day off for failed to deliver .. FedEx said they attempted to deliver it however I was on the porch all day and my cameras show proof there was never a FedEx truck on my street that day.. That package was not delivered for 2 additional days that I needed to stay home for due to "Signature required" the Second delivery was once again "Signature required" My delivery window was between 10 am and 4 pm So I took the day off.. however at 12:01 am the next morning FedEx once again showed a failed delivery .. their support line insisted a driver attempted to deliver it .. once again cameras proved otherwise.. That brings us to the third and final delivery ... The package was set to deliver yesterday between 11 and 4 .. so I took the day off , at 2 pm I received a notification that my package was being held " At my request" .. I called Fed Ex again and was informed the package was held at my request with the reasoning that the package was not in Wichita ( My City ) to be delivered .. after an hour on the phone they agreed to have the package left at a Local FedEx office store for pick up ... I went there to get it this morning and was told they did not have it and would not get it due to the weight and I was given the number to the local FedEx ground distribution center .. I called they told me they had the package and that I could come pick it up from them at 10 am .... I drive 15 miles to get the package wait 30 minutes with my car actually inside a FedEx distribution center only to be told ... "They do not have my package and it must be on the truck" ...... So now I have lost a 4th day of pay due to Ecoflow's shipping decisions .... this whole process has been absurd and very draining ...... EcoFlow's product delivers everything they claim .... if you can manage to get what you paid for. .... I would not suggest anyone order from Ecoflow unless you can devote a solid week to be at home for delivery or somehow arrange your own shipping. Ecoflow's shipping choices will lead me to likely never purchase from them again.

I purchased this battery to go with my Delta Pro Ultra. I live where the power goes out regularly enough it's important to be able to go a few hours without power or to provide my own. I sometimes work from home and I actually lost power today. I ran this battery attached to the Delta Pro Ultra and it got me through the power outage with plenty to spare. I was able to keep all my technology items going and keep working through the outage. Other than weighing a ton and being a lot of weight to handle on your own, these are pretty simple devices. Simply plug it in to the delta pro ultra stack with the provided jumper cable and away you go. You might be able to get tax benefits/credits (will need to do your own research) based on the amount of power one of these batteries provides. I intend to do this and keep buying batteries, as I can, to max out the stack at 5. These are pretty expensive is my main complaint so time your purchases with major shopping events like prime day and you can get a pretty decent discount here on Amazon. Amazon isn't the only place that carries these but the prices here seem to track with other places as sales happen at the same time. NOTE: you do need the Ecoflow Delta Pro to use this. I am not aware of a way to use this battery any other way.
