We have a high end mattress but it is old and generating painful pressure points. Slept on a friend's memory foam and was pain free so thought I would try this topper. It isn't as good as the memory foam mattress but I didn't expect it to be. This is soft yet supportive, no more pain! I am also a hot sleeper and with a bamboo fabric cover on top it is no different than without the foam topper. Demographics: older but very muscle dense at 145lbs, side sleeper. The thickness and support was spot on. Definitely a game changer!

I really want to like this product and give it 5 stars. I have been on the lookout for a ‘just right’ mattress topper for a super firm bed that we have. Day 1 review Pros - foam inflated in about 20 minutes and seems to be high quality. The foam goes back to its original shape when you get off the bed - No odour or smell. I was quite worried about this while reading reviews of various products. But nothing to worry about here - this is a MUCH cheaper version ($100 cheaper) of a different product from the same company. The only difference is that this does not come with a cover but the memory foam is exactly the same. I didn’t need a cover so this works great. Cons - I’ve slept in this for about 30 minutes and it runs HOT. There is a noticeable difference. I have a temperature regulating mattress protector that dissipates heat - but even after that this felt hotter - it’s a bit too soft for me. I am trying to get a hotel like feel where the top is soft but with a lot of support for the lower back to avoid pain. So far I get pain when sleeping on my back - though side sleeping is fine. Maybe I should have gotten a 2 inch topper instead of 3 - I also sink in while sitting on the bed to read. This is also not very comfortable in my opinion So overall I would rate it 3.5 stars. Depending on what you’re looking for this might be the right product for you.

LOVE THIS TOPPER! I'm a side sleeper and even tho we have a nice mattress, this adds so much more comfort that I need in my shoulder and hip areas. Without it, I felt pressure in those areas after awhile. I personally didn't feel that it's any cooler than other toppers, but it's still worth every penny to me!

I can't afford a new mattress but mine is very uncomfortable and has the dreaded caved in spots. I bought this hoping that by adding some cushion I wouldn't notice them as much. The good news is this mattress pad is firmer than I thought it would be, so I can't feel the caved in spots at all anymore! I don't know if I wish it was softer because I feel like it's perfect for what I needed it for. But if you are looking for a super soft pillow top feel this is too firm for that. I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend it if you're looking for a firmer mattress pad. It is very comfy and supportive and fixed my mattress problems!

This mattress topper is very plush! I have it on top of another 3" memory foam topper. I sink into it and it provides great support in all positions. I can't wait to get in bed tonight! Lol. This topper can make you warmer if the temp is up in the house. You may want to lower your the thermostat a bit.
