I developed lichen planus a few years back and this is the only thing that helps control it outside of corticosteroids. It's refreshing to be able to use something natural versus rubbing an ointment or drug on my gums, knowing that I am digesting some of it. I’m not 100% sure this is doing anything but I have been whitening my teeth and using a water glosser and doing this and I never seem to have sensitive teeth. I got this for my gums and I feel that the water flosser is the game changer. This is probably helping but it’s never noticeable to me. I feel like it probably adds to the healthy teeth routine but is it a noticeable difference from just this exact product? Idk

I have not been back to see my periodontist yet. When I go back then I can post how well it has worked. Until then, there is no bad taste after use and it is simple to apply. I go back on July 15th.
