TLDR; stop reading the reviews and buy this product ASAP. My dentist gave this to me after I had a deep clean done. My gums were heading into a bad place but we caught it early so it’s very manageable. I got serious about my dental routine and this product is wonderful. It helped a lot with the inflammation in my gums. Especially because brushing your teeth and flossing can be pretty invasive to sensitive gums. After a week of consistency (twice a day) I noticed that my gums weren’t hurting or being sensitive anymore. I stopped using the product for about 6 months (ran out and too lazy to buy) and about a month ago I noticed my bottom gums flaring up. I bought the product out of fear and although pricey, it is so worth it. Within a few days, my gums weren’t bothering me anymore. I have tried other products that say they’ll keep your mouth from being dry during the night. But this really does work I have ordered it on subscription very easy to use no excess and keep your mouth moist all day or all night.

I have to start saying that I have ordered this product repeatedly. I really like how this makes my mouth feel and the lasting comfort I feel I get when few other products helped. HOWEVER twice I have gotten a defective dispenser and there is nothing you can do to "fix" it or really even open it to get out the product inside in some other way. For $45, they need seriously to fix this issue. I really want to order again, but since this has happened in what amounts to 30% of the times I ordered it, I am reticent to look at the possibility of throwing away my money. I contacted the company the second time it happened and they did send me another, so I feel I need to be fair in stating that. I noticed there were at least 2 other comments on defective dispensers so this is an issue that the company needs seriously to look into. ... show more

Product is easy to use and worked very quickly for me. I tend to bite my tongue and inner cheek sometimes and if used promptly, it sometimes heals overnight and at most by the 2nd day. The taste is slightly medicinal as the gel dissolves but goes away quickly.

I only tried it once because I received it literally a day ago, but it doesn’t taste bad. I just use my finger instead of my tongue to put it on. Can’t tell the results yet too soon
