These trays work great. At the fraction of the cost of many others, they do the trick. Happy they came with 2 sets of trays(4 in total). It was trial and error with the first but that was my error. After reading someone else's review that included suggestions, along with the directions that came with trays, it was fairly simple to mold the trays. They are definitely working out and a good buy. Would highly recommend and have already to friends and family.

Tried this product and will not mold to your teeth when heated because the material is too hard. It is a very awkward product to work with.

The product is a little tricky to work with but fortunately the seller supplies four trays. I had one failure (first tray did not cover all teeth), two successes (I stretched the trays a little bit when soft at first to cover all teeth). I have one spare tray I haven't molded yet. I would have rated this product two or three stars except for the spares they supplied gave another chance to make it work. I thought that was fair... I'm hopeful that along with Perio GelX that this will be a good supplement for my perio care. The price certainly beats the $1,100+ my periodontist was quoting to get on the 'professional' grade product. That's a crazy price. Some tips which I hope I can explain clearly enough: The trays shrink and open up when put in the very hot water. I gently stretched the tray from the two ends to ensure I could get coverage over all teeth. It's very soft and stretched easily. Don't overstretch. I started with the center two teeth, placing the material equally over the front and back of the teeth, pinching with my index finger and thumb, while also pressing toward the gumline to ensure the material covered. Holding the material at the center teeth I used my other hand to shape and push the material along the teeth moving backward, and then changed hands to do the other side. I tried to do this quickly and went back and forth between sides a few times to shape further. The material seemed pliant long enough to do this. As I said, for the money it's definitely worth a try!

This seller shows exceptional Customer Service and after sale care. I had an issue with the initial order and they dealt with the problem in a kind and timely manner. Their packaging looked very professional. Items arrived well before the estimated date of delivery. I would definitely recommend this seller to future customers. Although the product didn't mold well for me (I have braces on), it seemed to have worked for my daughter. Pro tip: Mold one item at a time. Let the water cool down after bit after boiling. Otherwise you'll end up with a mess as seen in the posted picture.

Great product and excellent price point. Good size, fit and thickness. You must follow the instructions to mold them to your teeth. Test the process before hand by mocking the molding with your thumb and index finger using both hands at the same time. The lower mold is easier to do than the top mold.
