The product is a little tricky to work with but fortunately the seller supplies four trays. I had one failure (first tray did not cover all teeth), two successes (I stretched the trays a little bit when soft at first to cover all teeth). I have one spare tray I haven't molded yet. I would have rated this product two or three stars except for the spares they supplied gave another chance to make it work. I thought that was fair... I'm hopeful that along with Perio GelX that this will be a good supplement for my perio care. The price certainly beats the $1,100+ my periodontist was quoting to get on the 'professional' grade product. That's a crazy price. Some tips which I hope I can explain clearly enough: The trays shrink and open up when put in the very hot water. I gently stretched the tray from the two ends to ensure I could get coverage over all teeth. It's very soft and stretched easily. Don't overstretch. I started with the center two teeth, placing the material equally over the front and back of the teeth, pinching with my index finger and thumb, while also pressing toward the gumline to ensure the material covered. Holding the material at the center teeth I used my other hand to shape and push the material along the teeth moving backward, and then changed hands to do the other side. I tried to do this quickly and went back and forth between sides a few times to shape further. The material seemed pliant long enough to do this. As I said, for the money it's definitely worth a try!

These trays work great. At the fraction of the cost of many others, they do the trick. Happy they came with 2 sets of trays(4 in total). It was trial and error with the first but that was my error. After reading someone else's review that included suggestions, along with the directions that came with trays, it was fairly simple to mold the trays. They are definitely working out and a good buy. Would highly recommend and have already to friends and family.

Have receding gums and given $10,000 price for gum treatment so did research and found out about trays so highly motivated to figure out… while tricky to get trays right and after ordering 2 sets I did manage to get set of workable trays. Using the gel with trays I do notice a tightening of my gums. $14. X 2 seems pretty cheap compared to 10,000

These trays are perfect for delivering the perio-care gel to all your teeth and gums, all the way back to all of your molars! Easy to fit, fit well and are comfortable! My dentist wanted $900 for custom fit trays, not covered by insurance and these trays do the job perfectly at just over 1% of the cost. No brainer! Would give 5 stars if they came with storage cases. Love them!

Molded to my teeth and gums really well. Make sure you follow the instructions and really press down on your gums and teeth really well to make the mold right.

It is lucky there were 4 trays in the package. I tried the mold to my teeth instructions by boiling then attempted to push the material against my teeth starting from the front then working back, then dipping in cold water. MY attempt was very disappointing. I tried 2nd 3rd and 4th attempt to reshape or improve areas after the first attempt and it did really did not improve hardly at all. So I am left with the 3 trays in as shipped to me condition and am using two of these as is to help hold the gel in place which is a fairly good way to hold the gel near the gum line which necessarily requires a fairly deep tray - something the form it myself attempt did not come close to achieving.

These are trash. Just some soft plastic pieces. dont waste your money on it. Go to your dentist and ask for customized retainers. I spent 30min trying to mold it and the picture is the result
