I really like this belt. It does exactly what it is supposed to do and makes me sweat around my kid section. I don't have any issues with it rolling up on me and it stays in place well. The reason that I only gave it 3 stars is because I have only had it for a week and it has already has a tear in it. I only wear it while I work out and haven't done anything to make it tear that fast. Even though it doesn't really feel cheap, I am guessing it's cheaply made. I guess you get what you pay for.

Fantastic product, fit well, stays in place and does its job. I use it daily and use it also in place of a lower back brace when I'm working or working out. The only problem I had is when I pulled it to tighten it the inside foam tore a big tear. So foam is very delicate only wish it had of been a thicker or more sturdy type of foam that wouldn't have torn.

I use this sweat belt every time i work out & i must say that even when i do the slightest thing it helps me sweat! Which is amazing! I absolutely love this belt, whenever i remove it after a long workout all the sweat i see on it or dripping makes me want to push harder for my workouts. If you guys are wondering what workouts i do, i do some at home core workouts lots and lots of leg work outs at the gym & at home. I would say if you're a beginner in the whole active lifestyle to definitely start at home because even the slightest sweat you get from this belt will make you want to run that extra mile.

So I ordered this in July and I got it in the mail July 14th but didn't start using it til Jul 24th when my PT felt it was ok to go back to the gym. I've only been using this waist trimmer for a week and this is what I have to say about it: 1. The material used is not durable. In fact, they should specify that this is not best to be used by gym goers unless you're stationary like on a treadmill or bike. 2. Yes, this belt will make your belly sweat. As a matter of fact, you will sweat so much that when you remove it, you will have a pool of sweat dripping down your pants like you just peed yourself. 3. This product will not last long if you use it more than 3 times a day at the gym....if you are not stationary. 4. After one week of use (5days at the gym with strength training.....didn't even do any abdominal workout), the fabric split and now has a big tear as shown in the picture. 5. I would have loved to give this a higher review because of the sweat factor but I'm not satisfied with how frail the material is. 6. I would like a refund or if you can exchange this for a better product that does the same, that would be fine too.

I had originally bought this almost 4 months ago. The original ripped. No biggie since I loved it so much. Rebought it & was so disappointed to see that the new one is tiny & the "rubber" material inside is cheap. Extremely disappointed.
