These are the only gel pens that have a legitimate chromatic spectrum to them. The purple and blue are beautiful! You can't find any others like these. A *few* times (Mostly when I've bought them at the brick and mortar store - but I think it's also happened when buying here) have I gotten one that wouldn't work. However if I had a previous one - of the same color - that *did* work, I was able to simply take out the tip off of the interior mechanism in the one that *was* working (unscrewing the bottom, pulling out the interior and removing the ink tip) and replace it on the one that had issues. That seemed to work every time. That hasn't happened in a couple of years though. I still love these! ... show more
