What fun! I bought these gel pens because I needed extra motivation for grading midterm exams. Wow. The Pentel Energels write smoothly and beautifully! I am very happy. I will enjoy grading for a long time...well...maybe not enjoy exactly. Grading has to be the most onerous duty in teaching.

I like this pen for work, to make indications...the color stands out on what I'm writing on and the very distinct color lets me know that it is my work. I started with the .7mm pen but found it to be too much ink for my purposes. The .5mm pen writes very smoothly, the ink dries quickly and it's easy to use with the retractable feature. I love the colors the feel the way it feels when you write it seems like the some of the ink cartridges don't last as long as they should. Or maybe I just write a lot!

Great, easy writing pens. Pentel makes a great pen. Nice to have a choice of different colors. Great for using purple when you need to make something stand out . Definitely would buy again. I can't speak to the refills because I have use enough to run out of ink. There are a nice feature.

I bought this pen in blue for daily journaling, and LOVED it. Since purple is my fave color, I bought this set for doing recipes and menu plans (the fine point is best for economy: had tried the medium point in blue but it was gone in 4 days since I journal daily. The fine point lasts about 2 weeks)
