This Pencil works beautifully on my iPad Pro. I like the replacement tips, and it charges quickly when hooked to a charge cord. I use it for a drawing app, which compares favorably to the Apple Pencil at a fraction of the cost. I have never been impressed with the magnetic charging method used by the Apple Pencil. It falls off my iPad, and I must look for it often. I prefer to use the cord with this Pencil, and I don't lose it nearly as frequently. This Pencil charges as fast as the Apple Pencil does, in 15 minutes when charging using the cord. I haven't tried to use the magnetic charging with this stylus because it would take longer to use that method. I love the different available colors. I picked purple and it's really lovely. The only functional difference is that the Apple Pencil works without pushing a button, unlike this stylus, which goes into a power-saving mode if you aren't using it. Once I got accustomed to turning it on, I didn’t notice the extra second or two it takes to activate it. As I learned recently, the original Apple Pencil has a limited lifespan. Once it’s out of warranty, replacing the battery’s nearly as expensive as purchasing a new Apple Pencil. My iPad is no longer the latest model, and this stylus Pencil can’t function at the level of technology of the latest and greatest iPad. It does, however, perform as well as the model of Apple Pencil that my iPad can do. The price difference is significant to me, and I could use this stylus Pencil to do everything that my Apple Pencil does at less than a quarter of the price of a new Apple Pencil. Plus, this stylus works on my older iPad in addition to the one I purchased to use it for, something that my Apple Pencil can’t do. I don’t think I will ever buy another Apple Pencil for my current iPad. I recommend this stylus as an affordable substitute for the devices it is compatible with. It's essential to check compatibility before ordering, as not all Apple Pencils work on different iPads, and the same is true for aftermarket replacements such as this attractive and affordable stylus.

Works better than I expected. I wasn’t interested in spending the money for the Apple Pencil. I wouldn’t get the value out of it at that price, so I was looking for a budget alternative. I stumbled on this and it’s better than I thought it would be. I highly recommend this if you’re on a budget.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I’m overall happy with the pencil. I’m sure Apple makes a better one of course it’s $100. The color is nice, grip is okay (would have been great if it were hexagonal like a real pencil). Wish it had slightly more weight like the Apple Pencil. Charge’s wirelessly so there really wasn’t a need for them to add a port with a white rubber cover that’s sure to get lost leaving the port exposed. I believe Apple Pencil has pressure sensitivity but honestly…it won’t even matter unless you’re using a $15 professional sketching app. Speaking of which, I tried about 20 drawing and note taking apps. They ALL have a monthly fee (like most apps these days). So unless you really think that you’re going to take notes or write or draw…then it’s something you will never ever use. BUT becomes a bit addictive once in your hand (until you realize that you can’t use it for gestures or sliding hidden menus from the top of the screen)

Junk. Fully charged and doesn’t work unless the pencil is straight up and down perpendicular to the screen. I knew it was cheap, it was worth a shot, but very disappointing. Trash now, but will go buy the real deal at the store.
