Look, this review will be completely honest on my experience. The overall experience of getting the bed was a fail. We moved on and went a different route. But that being said, Cymax was excellent at addressing my issues, and one of the issues was not the fault of Cymax or their distributors. First, I bought a bed and was shipped a desk. I didn't know it was a desk until I unpacked all boxes and the instructions were the last thing in the boxes. So when the shipping company came back, they wouldn't pick up the item as it was no longer prepared for shipping. Cymax immediately shipped the right bed out to us and we had it in a couple of days. Second, the bed arrived obliterated. Instead of picking up the bed with a fork lift, it looked as though the shipping company just ran it over 20 times with a forklift. Even the pallet was no longer usable. I've never seen anything like it. I had family coming I to town, and no longer had the time to get this done, so I requested a refund. Cymax immediately refunded me and solved the problems completely. Although this didn't turn out the way I, or Cymax wanted, they stepped up with lighting fast responses, and could not be happier with the level of support they offered. This is the 3rd murphy bed that I've installed. Relatively easy to assemble, just be sure to follow the instructions exactly. The unit is VERY sturdy and solid once it's anchored to the wall. The instructions say the pistons will be easier to use once the doors and a mattress are installed. I bought a 67# 12" queen mattress, and the bed still lifts off the ground as the pistons have too much tension. Had to by a 20# steel rod and attach it to the bottom of the bed frame to make sure the bad was on the floor. ... show more

Took 4 attempts to receive correct and non damaged parts. Instructions are terrible and assembly is difficult.
