I got this to replace my pedestal fan that died. This fan is so much better than my old one. First off, putting it together, 99% of it is intuitive and very simple. I only had to read the instructions for one small piece and voilà within a few minutes, I was done putting it together. This fan has a very sturdy round base. It will not easily tip over, which is a nice added safety bonus. The front fan cage, easily clips in which, if you’re a clean freak like me, you can unclip the front cage, then unscrew the fan to wipe the dust that accumulate on the fans, and cage. As an added tip, you can spray the fan and the fan cage with anti static spray or wipe with fabric softener sheets to help prevent dust from accumulating. Never use any water/liquid on any part of the fan. An additional cleaning tip, vacuum the motor area, front and back using the upholstery attachment on your vacuum. The fan itself is very powerful even on low speed. It is more powerful than my prior fan when it was on the highest speed. This fan has three different speeds, low medium or high. You have a choice to have the fan just blow in one direction or you can have it oscillate, at 90 degrees. The front panel lights up for each selection you choose plus there are timers. You have one hour, two hours, four hours or you can even go up to seven hours, when all timers are selected. The fan itself when it’s on it’s very quiet. I wouldn’t say whisper quiet but more than ample quiet enough that it will not disrupt your sleep while providing the very powerful cool breeze, I have my fan fully extended to the max range in height, but this can be shrunk down to 16 inches if you need It The fan comes with a remote control so if you are in your bedroom and the fan is across the way and you wanna turn it on or off or change the fan speed, you can just grab the remote control which takes two AAA batteries and make your selection. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend this fan. The only thing this fan is missing is a way to have it automatically turn on/start, for when you are not home.

I LOVE THIS FAN. I read several Amazon reviews and watched a few videos on Youtube before purchasing. I bought the white one to be different. I also bought one for my sister since her bedroom fan broke. For me, assembly was a breeze. I didn’t bother looking at the instruction manual and was able to put the fan together with the greatest of ease. My only concern is the disassembly when it’s time for a cleaning. It appears I’m gonna be in for a real treat detaching the front and back grills from each other. This is fan is durable, powerful and impressive. To me, the fan is not loud…not even on it’s highest speed. Do not let the plastic fool you. The fan doesn’t give off a cheap appearance. The front/back grills, nor the fan blade feel flimsy. The stand has weight to it. No wobbles, shakes, or rattles. This fan can run circles around those L@sko pedestal fans that are a God-awful mess. I use the fan in my bedroom. It works better than the high velocity fan I used prior to making the purchase. I also have it set to it’s tallest setting because my bed sits high above the floor. It has an above average footprint. However, it’s not obstructing anything. I am satisfied with this purchase. I’m please Pelonis came out with a white model. I highly recommend this product, especially for those students entering college in the fall who will be living in dorm that do not have air conditioning.

This product delivers excellent performance, providing cool air across five speed settings. While the night mode is a valuable feature, the fifth speed setting does exhibit a noticeable noise level. Notably, the first speed setting effectively circulates cold air, comparable to a standard air conditioning unit set at 70 degrees. I highly recommend this product, particularly appreciating the convenience of the remote control and the straightforward assembly process. My prior experience with similar products in our retail operations in Africa facilitated a quick assembly, completed in under 10 minutes.

I absolutely 💯 love this fan!! It produces "Tornado-like" air flow and it's amazing! Its pretty powerful!!!! It even lifts up my sheet and comforter at its highest setting if it hits the angle just right. Hahaha! That's always a funny sight to see 🤣🤣🤣 (even on its lowest setting, it can be pretty strong. It's so hard to find a good fan. Well this one hits all the requirements: excellent quality, good selection/amount of settings, speed, direction, rotation, etc, as well. A remote is another asset this fan has. It is a quite bit more expensive than what I'm used to spending for a fan. But this isn't your typical floor fan. It truly is the best, most amazing fan I've ever owned. I HIGHLY recommend it!!! Now for just a few cons (if you want to even call it that): it can be very loud! If you're looking for a quiet fan, this is not the one for you. I have to sleep with a fan on, so the noise usually doesn't bother me. But it is pretty noisy. And the next isn't so much of a con as it is a remote design fault. Where a lot of fans use an up or down button for the strength, you have to go through all of the strengths if you want to go back to the lowest setting. That wouldn't be such a problem, however, it beeps every time you push a button on the remote. And it's a loud beep. So if you're on the 2nd setting and want to go back to the lowest (1), you have to click it four times. Not an inconvenience. I'm not that lazy. Lol. BUT when you have sleeping children in the same room, it can wake them up. It's excellent quality, however the base is pretty heavy. Its pretty solid, not generic made whatsoever. Just heavy. So that might be a con if you can't lift heavy things. Overall, this is a fantastic fan. Like I mentioned above, I've used fans all my life so I've gone through a lot of them. And this is by far, absolutely 💯 without a doubt, the best fan I've ever owned!!! I truly think you'll be pleased if you decide to purchase one for yourself. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I'll be buying another for my son's room next. (I know this review has been quite long and for that, I apologize. However, I read reviews before I purchase anything and I wanted to make sure I covered as much of the product as I could so you could make a well-informed decision for your purchase.) I previously had a Pelonis 16", 26-speed, DC motor fan that went bad after 4.5 years. This black 18" Pelonis with AC motor is my chosen replacement and it differs in a few ways. Even if you didn't own a Pelonis before, this review might help in terms of comparing 16" to 18" fans, generally. It's 18", so it blows a lot more wind. It's very noticeably louder at higher speeds, but not ridiculously noisy. I could sleep with this fan at top speed, but I'm used to fan noise and it doesn't bother me a bit. It's whisper quiet on the lowest speed. If you want a fan strictly for your bedroom and you hate fan noise, better skip this one and get a 16" fan with DC motor instead; you'll lose a lot of cooling power but they're much quieter. This fan remembers your previous settings when turned on, which is a great feature not all fans have. Also when changing speeds, it goes back to 1 from 5, so you don't have to reverse back downward which was a major pain on some fans I've had. The grill is all plastic, whereas the other one was metal. It's a much heavier grill, but not so heavy that it won't stay on the tilt angle you set it. I don't mind that it's plastic, since it's well-made, sturdy, and thick. The Natural Breeze mode, which changes speeds randomly, is different on this fan. The 16" Pelonis kept it limited to low speeds only; this was a bummer in hot weather, but was great for colder weather when I just wanted a soft, gentle natural breeze without making the air chillier. The 18" fan breeze mode uses significantly higher speeds (adjustable from 1 to 3 as the highest speed used in the cycle) which makes it better in hot weather, but will rule out usage in winter; it'll blow too much wind. It's a noisier natural breeze mode, but even so, I prefer this natural breeze mode to the one on the 16" fan. I don't use the other modes such as Sleep, Timer, or the Auto-ECO temp control mode, so I can't comment on those. This fan has a device on the back to start/stop the oscillation, which is common with 18" fans. With the 16" fan you could control that with the remote. Could be an annoyance for some people who turn oscillation off & on regularly, but not for me since I have mine oscillating all the time. Also this one oscillates much faster than the 16" fan, which is great. When a fan oscillates slowly, you're not gonna feel the wind directly on you as much as it should be, and that was a constant annoyance with the old fan. That problem is now fixed with this fan. My previous 16" fan had a DC motor. I once believed it saved me significant energy, but now I'm not so sure. Over 4 years of running that fan 12 hours a day, my power bill didn't go down like I expected. So I'm okay with this 18" fan being AC. I think it *has* to be, to get the serious wind power it has; DC motors are quieter but they use less energy and don't have the power to get to turbo speed. The only 18" fan with a DC motor I could find on Amazon was a Lasko, which has terrible reviews, and there's also a Costway 18" with AC motor that's very similar to this Pelonis but it has a small extra fan blade attachment, only 3 speeds, and is $30 more than this Pelonis. I've had a fan with 2 sets of fan blades; it's just a flashy gimmick, it doesn't increase wind power at all. After thoroughly comparing all 3 fans, I advise to go with this Pelonis. I got almost 5 years out of my last one, which is not great but at least acceptable for a computerized fan. I prefer this 18" fan to the 16". On very hot days, the old 16" Pelonis just wasn't strong enough to do the job. This 18" fan will definitely cool me down much better and might even eliminate my having to turn on the air conditioner. If you want big wind and multiple modes and speeds, go with this one despite the AC motor, because with a DC motor you *might* save a few bucks on your energy bill but they just don't have the power to really cool you down on a sweltering hot day.

This a POWERFUL fan and must be used on a hard, flat surface. A bit hard to remove the set screw but after that, this fan is the most powerful fan we have ever used. The varying speeds and the timer are very useful. This fan is a solid purchase. The fan works in our large garage and if oscillating, it moves the air with ease. The base is very heavy due to the strength of the motor of the fan. At high speed you can see the fan lurch when raised to the highest speed. The adjustability is easy, and the height adjustment is a plus. The fan size is quite immense and other than getting the set screw off to install the blades, this is a huge deal and if you want the most powerful fan on the market, this is for you. Very, very pleased with the material and the installation was not too bad. Read the instructions carefully. I still cannot believe this fan is so powerful. Remote included. I would rate this product a solid 5 out of 5.

Where to start😂, we’ll listen! this fan is an absolute unit😂 Sturdy, has a heavy base, looks decent. Easy to put together. If your a person that needs a loud fan to sleep and puts out a ridiculous amount of air this is the one.I’ve searched for a long time and wasted a lot of money on fans. This is by far the best. It’s loud on full blast! But also it’s pretty quiet on 1 and 2, with a lot of air movement. Worth the money!!

I read the reviews before buying this fan, and I am very happy with the purchase. It truly delivers on its promise to cool down an area quickly and effectively. It can be a bit on the louder side, but it's completely bearable for the amount of airflow it provides. My only disappointment was discovering a crack in the base of the product right after setting it up. I decided not to return it because boxing it back up and dealing with the return process would have been too much of a hassle. It’s a great fan, but it’s a bummer that the quality control or shipping fell short on the base.
