My fiancé’s soft-shell lunchbox box was on its last leg, so we upgrade to this and couldn’t be happier. There is storage, including the removable dry tray, and it’s roomy on the inside. This was bought for my husbands daily lunches. This has been one of the most sturdiest lunchboxes he’s ever purchased. Perfect size for lunch and snacks and water jug. The top compartment is convenient for papers and items he carries everyday. The only thing he would have liked different is the ice pack is super thin. It worked well for me and the size was just what I was looking for. I didn't have the problems with the top lid latch like others but I can see how it could break if you don't understand how it works. The main latch works really well. The ice pack that comes with it is laughable, if you put a sandwich in the top basket right under the cold pack it will be slightly cool after 2 hours (and that's indoors at aprox 68 degrees). I had to get a real world ice pack for it. I did like the design, especially the recess in the front where I applied a tamper proof decal. ... show more

Bought this hoping to upgrade from the run of the mill smaller lunchbox cooler as it had some nice added features, but we have found that it is not as durable and maybe of the smaller plastic pieces have broken off or become loose.
