This isn’t my first time buying this coffee. Other times it been okay. However, my last order of this coffee was completely flavorless. I make it exactly how I usually do and it tastes like hot water. What a disappointment! Yuck!

Product showed up severely damaged and dented. The cartridges are so bent that they don’t work in the nespresso machine. This is the second time ordering coffee from Amazon that this has happened. Horrible experience. These are just a few of the capsules that are damaged

Capsules came crushed. Using a cheaper foil than nespresso and Starbucks and it shows. Not worth the lower price given that couple capsules were useless.
