Primed floor (which is cement) Put down the 1st roll I bought, moved desk over it carefully and it ripped. I'm requesting money back and will not buy this again. It's super thing as well, not durable as it states. I feel like if I roll on it with my computer chair it will rip and heaven forbid you have a rock on the bottom of your shoe.
