I have medical issues that makes it hard to keep hydrated so I tried different pedialytes and the portability was not as good for me but one can usually get water easily. The pedialyte powder mixes easily into a water bottle so it can be packed and carried in a pocket, backpack, or a pocketbook. This is the blacklabel so it has more umph in it. Switched from mixed berry to orange and find it less sugary. It’s not orange juicy, but has a good taste. Doesn’t have the weird tastes of sports drinks.

Can get box of "Orange packets" thankfully but can only get the "Apple packets" in a mixed box. PLEASE, Please do a box of Just "Apple packets"

    • Great cure for leg cramps
I get leg and foot cramps that were waking me up four or five times a night, and there was no cure but to jump out of bed and walk until they relaxed. Now I mix up a little Pedialyte -- it doesn't take much -- and the cramps are gone instantly and I can sleep the rest of the night. I also kayak, and used to get horrible cramps in the middle of a trip -- and in a kayak, you can't just jump out and walk around. And if I moved even a little, the cramp would get a bigger grip and go from bad to excruciating. I just had to keep my legs perfectly still until they subsided. No fun. Now I mix up my water hydration unit with a little Pedialyte and sip from it as I go along -- no cramps! ... show more

The dissolves quickly without a "grainy" taste. There are many flavors, but I can only find some of them in the powder packets. The orange breeze flavor is definitely our preference.
