I like this coffee a lot. It is mild with no bitterness. I've always put cream in my coffee but the taste of this coffee is so pure I no longer need to add a tablespoon maple syrup, thank goodness! I can add that tablespoon sweetness to a desert! I use the Hario dripper to make my coffee and use the same amount as always. Between the coffee and the Hario, it is early morning heaven! Hario V60 Glass Coffee Dripper (Size 02, Red) BTW if you try the Hario, follow the directions which come with it. They are simple but important when dripping coffee. There are other colors and also a selection of ceramic. Either way, no off taste to spoil the coffee. So I highly recommend Cafe Altura Organic Whole Bean Morning Roast Coffee. Try it, if you like good coffee you'll doubtless like this. It may take some experimenting to get the taste right but after that, it's a great morning pick up.

This is a study in contrasts. The coffee itself is excellent and mellow. But in the seven times I've ordered this product so far, they've sent the wrong thing three times, once even in the replacement shipment for the previous error. I've gotten their Dark Roast version, their Decaf version, and once even their Peruvian Dark version. I didn't like their Colombian Dark Roast as much, didn't try their Decaf, and like their Peruvian Dark a lot in the dark roast category. So regarding their regular Colombian roast, I recommend the product and would give it 5 stars, but I can't guarantee that you'll actually get it when you order it.

We love this coffee...I can't even count how many times we've ordered it now. It's just part of our morning routine now and haven't purchased any other coffee in over a year! Lovely roasted flavor without the acid that accompanies some other coffees. I make it just a bit stronger and drink it iced all day long in the summer. Love the fact that it's organic...the smell is heavenly when we grind! Makes me want a cup immediately! My father-in-law who thinks "coffee is coffee" actually just blurted out one night after dinner "what kind of coffee is this, it's REALLY good"? Hmmm, so much for "coffee is coffee", hey dad!?!?! Nuff said!!!

I first tried this coffee at a friend's house when she offered it with coconut milk and sugar. I was hooked on it ever since. It is not bitter and roasted perfectly. I love how this coffee bean is so smooth tasting. I've tried other organic brands and not only are they expensive but they were not good at all! This is a great price for the quality you are getting. I highly recommend!

Now coffee, very good coffee plus it organic, If I had to compare this coffee to other organic I tried, this would be the best of the organics coffee.
