Just what I expected. Bought this for myself to exercise my legs and arms very stable and can set resistance so you get a better workout. I am 76 and have a hard time exercising This helps to keep me moving. I recommend this product well worth the low price

    • Needs a high desk to work
It was very easy to put together and works well for the most part, but if you plan on using it under your desk, you'd need either a very tall or standing desk. I'm 6'1" with a regulation desk and kept hitting my knees on the underside every time I tried to use it.

I love the ease of this desk bike. You can just set it up and go! It’s easy to adjust and see what you are doing and how well you are doing. My only issue is you probably shouldn’t use it during a meeting because it does make some noise. I think oiling or greasing it up may help at least for a bit though. ... show more

This pedal exerciser works fine. You appreciate it a little more if you're every had one of those cheap, skinny ones that don't stay still as you pedal. This is a much better investment.

    • Easy assembly and works up a sweat!
This is a great way to burn a few extra calories or get in some movement while watching tv. The assembly was pretty easy and probably only took me about 15 minutes. It comes with a little pamphlet to help you out. You should know that the right pedal screws on clockwise and the left pedal screws on counterclockwise. It seems pretty stable while pedaling as long as you don't go too crazy. My tension wheel doesn't seem to create too much tension but I'll continue to work with it. It looks like you can adjust the fitted band that goes around your feet on the pedals with a screwdriver, which I didn't have on hand so I haven't tried that yet, so you can make it tighter or looser around your feet for comfort. Obviously if you're an athlete this might not do much for you but if you're just a regular person trying to burn a few extra calories while relaxing, it'll help. I did it for five minutes just now and honestly worked up a little bit of a sweat. It would also be great for mobility exercise for older people who need help picking up their feet a little more when they walk or it would be great for someone rehabbing a knee or shoulder if you use your arms to pedal. It's a great little machine that probably won't do a ton for your fitness but might help you out with cardio in those times where you can't get away from the desk or just want to move a little bit. Movement is key! I'll be continuing my tv and pedaling program from now on! ... show more

    • Good low cost exercise
It’s not the highest quality and may end up making weird noises. At this price point it’s a convenient piece of exercise equipment that work from home people or even just people watching tv can use.
