So, I just got a this an hour back and it didn’t require assembly at all. Just 4 tiny wheels. Pros: lightweight, no assembly or any sort of headache. Easy to use and is only meant for a single person. Cons: very plastic, durability- umm prolly no, depth of the drawers are very less and I was able to fit only three long jeans I’m 6’1” and wear boot cut. Very small wheels and at first I did wonder if it would roll from my wooden floor to carpet floor. Thus, it can be used to fit in small stuff and not something heavy. Very slightly sturdy. Could run for may 8-12 months. So, if you’re lookin for time being adjustments to all your clothes fallen on the ground then this is a perfect fit.

What in the world were these designers thinking? There is a notch in the back of each drawers that would prevent the drawers from fully closing - Look like they didn't even once test their design or didnt even think that plastic would bend. Was this designed in china? Bought other plastic storage items from this brand and they all bend out of shape or broke during shipping that render their product useless. Contacting them only took about 2 months for a proper resolution. Why is this company still doing business in the USA? So many questions. They cost equal or more than other brands. Anyways, for anyone who are unable to return this item like myself because it is passed the return date, I came up with a work-around that may help you: Use packaging tape to pull each notch up. You can achieve this by taping half of the tape to the bottom of notch then flip the other half of the tape around connect and tape it to to the front lip. Less than a minute work-around and essentially you are pulling the notch up and preventing the notch from sagging - this doesn't take a genious, heck Ill even give them advice for free on other design flaws...but this brand makes USA brand look bad and overall deserve 0 star.

My first one arrived with 3 of 4 of the drawers completely cracked and shattered at the corners during transit. The plastic is flimsy. This is not for use/abuse/heavy items. Drawers will sag and frame isn't overly strong. I use this to replace the shelving drawers we had all our medications and supplies in for our mobile vet home visits. These drawers are bigger and hold a lot more and are more clear/easy to see into. I got the snap together dividers on amazon and it works a lot better than having a jumble of medication bottles and boxes. I built a 3/4 inch plywood base with handles for under this for carrying in/out of the vehicle each day. When placed in the van I use a cargo strap around it vertically to keep the drawers from dumping out forward and a loop of rope with a clip to go around it once horizontally to prevent tipping. The system is working well but you definitely have to baby it and not use heavy items and DO NOT bump/bang the edges/corners. I could see it working for clothing/soft items or in a craft room for not heavy items if it is treated carefully. The return/replacement of the broken first unit was very easy. KEEP YOUR BOX or you will be charged shipping if dropping off at a UPS center. I'm keeping this one's box until the return window ends in case it breaks/fails. It's attractive and so far no real bowing but we don't put in heavy items or stack significant items on top.

Let me start by saying I HATE dressers so I use clear plastic containers shoved in my closet for our clothes. I am in a big family so that's a lot and I mean A LOT of drawers. This product is HUGE and deep. The quality is much better than sterilite as far as durability. I have had to modify sterilite container drawers (even their more expensive versions) at least 2xs now. Iris knows their plastic containers and are overall better made to last! And it saves me money in the long run 👍 When you use plastic containers as your main source of holding clothes, you use them often so it's important they hold up to the weight and wear and tear of everyday use. These are a little on the pricey side but I'm definitely buying more when I get the chance! I wouldn't recommend putting anything heavy on top of them because over time they may bow and make opening and closing difficult. Overall good product!

Ok item, but the top drawer was cracked. After asking for replacement drawer they said I could send entire item back or they would give me a $15 discount. I chose to tape the drawer and use it in the closet.

The media could not be loaded. The 1-star reviewers have mentioned the drawers not closing all the way. If you open the next drawer up slightly, and shut both drawers at the same time they will both close all the way. I think it’s a failsafe to not be able to tip it over.

Bought this in Jan 2023 and in 4 months, one of the drawer is already cracked around the front top left corner. I use this drawer for clothes filled only half way, not even heavy. Further, 3 of the drawers would not close properly unless I lift the drawer upward to push it in. There is a semi spherical thingy that guide the drawer to the back when you close it. Unfortunately, if any of the drawer has a slight weight to it, it pushes the spherical thingy down, obstructing the lower drawers from closing. This is extremely annoying. Considering the price, the quality issues (plastic cracking with light use and unable to close drawers), I regretted this purchase would advise people not to purchase this item.
