The media could not be loaded. Nice, relaxing fountain with a pleasant sound. It took a few tries to line up the parts so the water would flow, but total time for set up was less than 20 minutes. Not too heavy to lift, but heavy enough it shouldn’t blow over. The color is listed as dark grey, but it is dark green with copper accents, so I was disappointed by that. This product is defective. There is a water supply tube which is supposed to be inserted into the pump. The Assembly instructions and drawings are clear. The pumb which they supply has a hard plastic tubing protuding from the pump, contray to the drawing. It basically has 2 male attachments and no female link. They do not answer their phones and the email address returns with a FALIURE NOTICE as the mailbox is full and cannot accept any more emails ... show more

Nice fountain. Happy with quality. I was not happy it took 2 weeks to receive. Day I ordered was the day the shipping label was created so my CC could be billed. Had to follow up after a week of the status showing ready for ups pick up. Then some back and forth and it finally left the facility.

Not sure why Amazon stopped letting people post pictures?? Id love to show how horrible this product is. I bought it in September of 2018. I set it up last Spring. Within a month there were cracks, the paint was chipping and cracking. I was glad I read reviews beforehand and bought the extended warranty on it. Save your money or spend a little more and get a solid one not plastic!! ... show more

Easy to assemble and install, and perfect for us. It was lighter weight than we expected (despite all of the information upfront), but that turns out to be an advantage. Makes it easy to move around, level, etc. My only issue is the top section is a little tilted and I can't straighten it out. But it is not bad enough to be unhappy with. This little fountain surpasses my expectations. It does need to be filled daily but I'm okay with that as I want the birds to enjoy fresh water. Attracts daily a family of Lesser Goldfinches, doves who sit in it (lol) and an occasional crow. The hummers take drinks as well. It is on a deck so I do notice it splashes on the deck. Need to figure out how to avoid that. May be filling too high or the fountain control is set too high. You will not be disappointed with this small but lovely fountain ... show more

I replaced a previous heavy fountain with this one. It is perfect for my small garden area. I might put a stronger pump in it, but for now it is lovely to look at, easy to install and enjoyed by all.

DOES NOT HOLD WATER - the lower pan is too shallow and the water splashes out requiring it be filled every single day. SADLY, I had other projects to do prior to putting it up and its too late to send back, DISSAPPOINTING
