It two of us extremely mechanical uninclined men about three hours to get everything assembled. The only two issues we had with assembly were that one of the joints arrived a little dented, so it wouldn't slip onto the pole without a little tough love from a hammer. The other is that the first picture in the instructions is oriented at a 90 degree angle from the remaining steps. Fortunately, I read ahead and figured that out before we had laid out all the parts. Otherwise, we would have had to start from scratch to get it correct. No tools were particularly necessary at all, though we did use a hammer for the aforementioned dented joint, and then again as torque to help turn the spiral stakes into the ground. You will want to have a small ladder around for securing the fabric at the top. We wouldn't have been able to do that from standing on the ground. I staked the feet of the poles, tied down the corners with the rope, and weighted the bottom sides down with approximately 500 pounds of sand (the included sand bags are small, and would most certainly not keep this thing earthbound during a substantial wind.) It looks better than I expected it would, and the materials seems to be solid. I could see this being used as a covered seating area for an event as well as its main purpose of parking your car. Now we wait for Texas storm season to see if it can withstand the angry god of the old testament when he sees fit to smite Texas with melon sized hail. ... show more

Poor quality! Just ripped on both sides of the roof during a windy day. And, it was not a storm or anything severe. Can’t believe this cost so much and didn’t last a year. Don’t buy this product!

Frame is sturdy, we also added some additional bracing with aircraft cable. We only used the top and did not install the sides for our needs. Had in issue after a few months with the grommets pulling out. I notified the seller and they replaced with a brand new one at no charge. Will definitely repeat if needed ... show more

Bought this shelter based on reviews and they are right…it took 3 people 3 hours to assemble this 10x20 garage. The piping fits into each other, We had 45 mph winds the other day and it held up great. I did have to tighten the side ropes and checked all the anchors. I also had to buy more anchors it only came with 8. This garage fits my side x side and 4 wheeler with plenty of room a for lawn mower etc. ... show more

Currently withstanding 35 mph gusts and -40 degrees F. I did spike the kegs with 10" spikes to stop leg crawl, and did drive (6) 2' steel spikes lashed with a trucker hitch along sides to anchor. Material sturdy and doing well. Good bracing design on frame with bottom leg railing for superior stability. Good temporary shelter for antique car. Decent work room around vehicle! ... show more

We got the tent up and assembled very easily. We did not complete staking it and we got gale force winds that flipped it, slid down our driveway, and flipped again. Only two poles got bent. I contact the company and they replaced them. The fact that this was the only damage speaks to the quality of the product. They were very response and out of Texas, so I would definitely recommend this tent. Just make sure you anchor it down properly. ... show more
