So far so good. Assembled a couple weeks ago; very easy to do; no real wind yet. I love that it has button latches to assist in assembling and locking it together. I did have a problem with the top; a seam not totally welded together. I contacted Khloee and she sent me a new replacement top. Love the cross members as well; should make it much more sturdy. As we move through summer and some storms I will update with results.

2 years after purchase and setup, we had a Mid-Michigan ice/snow storm with incredible high winds. We lost multiple large tree branches, and they fell on our storage port. the branch destroyed the roof cover and the side wall. The top rail pipe was bent due to taking a 20' long branch direct hit. I e-mailed the Reseller for Peaktop Outdoor, and they replied within 12 hours (mostly due to very far time zones). I worked with 2 CSRs and they let me purchase a new roof, new side wall, and the bent pipes that I needed. The price was very reasonable and it all showed up with in 10days. Great Customer service (Rep = Doria), and given the size of the limb that fell on the structure, this protected the contents and held up pretty well. Doria was a delight to work with.

Updated! I was able to recover most of my money however the process took way longer than expected and the response to just give it away was insulting. :( —— BEWARE!! I want to begin by saying I bought this item to store things under it. The assembly was pretty straight forward. Upon assembling, several of the rods/poles, were bent. A few days went by and it rained about 3-4 times. I was super upset to see there are a cluster of tiny wholes at the top of the tarp. It was letting water in and my items became wet, super disappointing. The rain was also coming through the bottom seams of the window part. I contacted the seller for a refund. There is no paid return label and item weighs 145 combined and came in two different boxes. Local carriers accept up to 70 lbs. Shipping per box is outrageous. I contacted the seller to advise to send a paid return label due to the inconvenience of their defective product. It has been over a week and they started by offering $30 and send a replacement. I advised no, I just want a refund because product overall was sucky. Can you believe they told me to just give it away. They must think I am rich to just give away $400. I am super sad with the poor customer service that is offered. They continue to offer the same solutions which is send a replacement only or to just give it away. It’s been days.

We purchased this carport cover a year ago, almost to the day. It literally disintegrated over the year. I contacted Peaktop and I supplied them with pictures and they replaced the material part of the cover, top, sides and ends. It took a while, as the only silver one they had was damaged. They made sure we would accept a beige one, and received a few days ago. The customer service was great and they indeed stood behind their 1 year guarantee! I must say though, it was difficult to contact them, as the number for Peaktop on google is not for this company when I tried to call them. I had to contact them through Amazon, but got an immediate reply concerning my problem. Very pleased with the customer service and the businesses guarantee. I hope the beige one lasts longer than one year. We shall see!!!

Very easy to put together. I should have known better than to trust the straps though. Ours shread apart on a windy weekend and anchoring straps failed allowing tent to flip over the parked vehicle. We upgraded the straps and all stays put, but now the walls are failing all over at the seams like it's 10 years old, after just 6 months. We would not recommend this product for reason of poor quality tent & securement materials. The frame is the only sturdy part. Hope this helps others.
