I got this for my son so he could park his new truck in it. Well….. that can not happen. The first time I got the packages it came damaged and I was missing pieces. So I contacted the company and they didn’t want to give me a refund they wanted to make it right. The company was very nice and we’re determined to make this correct… So they sent me a whole new port. The instructions on putting this together are not the clearest and easy to follow but as you can see we got through it. The opening on both sides of the tent is not big enough for a vehicle so do not buy this as a carport!!! It is now a storage unit. ... show more

This is a cheap piece of Chinese Junk. If your thinking this thing is going to be as good as a regular garage you’ve come to the wrong place. However for the price it is a decent area to keep your bikes and tools out of the weather or use as a party tent. I would not rely on this thing to survive a hurricane but it will keep the rain off your head and your stuff. ... show more

I did not like the lack of assembly instructions. The packing was just thrown into a pile of different size pole. They should have been assembled in a pack of the same size. I like eave assembly using the button instead of nuts n bolts. Overall rating is very good!!!

I have to give this product 5 stars I cannot believe it withstood 25-30 mph sustained winds and gusts up to 50mph (truth betold I did modify tie downs) with wind chill temps reaching 25° below zero!! Not our usual weather...2 days of the brutal weather, I truly expected it to be in shambles, but the only issue was the plastic windows, I believe they froze and broke like glass, one totally blew out. I sent pictures to the company, that's when they stepped up and showed me what service and standing behind their product meant. I received a replacement side within 2 weeks! All I can say is amazing company, amazing service, and amazing employees!! Thank you Vincy! 5 stars for you guys too!! ... show more

The item was great but only for about 6 months. A few months ago it started to deteriorating, the material is just falling apart. The frame is great sturdy, but the material is very low grade. Very disappointed.

Great product and price. I bought 3 after a hail storm did major damage to my son’s car. They have survived some pretty significant storms with absolutely no problems or damage. Very well made quick and easy to assemble. I’m going to buy 1 more for my new tractor.

I purchased the first carport and it took me sometime to finally clear the area that so want to place it. Honesty the instructions were not great especially as the paper labels on each part came off and most of the parts are similar but I was able to finally put it together a few days before hurricane Ian hit Florida. I can tell you that the car port stood the test as you can see from the attached pictures taken right after the hurricane. The carport was strapped and anchored down and I was concerned that the wind will take it down but it protected the items inside and no damage to the carport or anything that was inside. Great product and standing up to the hurricane is sure enough proof of the quality. The seller is very professional and responsive and I bought two more carports from the same seller and clearing more space to install the other two. I am positive that will purchase one or two more in the future. Great product and professional seller ... show more

This carport was shipped quickly in (2) large boxes. Contents were very organized and each piece labeled...included instruction booklet which was fairly easy to follow and (2) pairs of gloves to use while assembling. Easy to put together, both frame and canopy fabric itself were tight and sturdy after assembly and anchoring. I did so much research before purchasing this carport, as there are so many options available on Amazon. We were SO PLEASED with this experience from start to finish. So far, the carport has stood up to 25-30 mph winds and been through 16+ inches of snow. It has held up exceptionally well and kept the car safe and dry. During heavy snow periods (just to be safe), I went into the carport and poked the fabric ceiling with the handle of the snow shovel -- the snow just cascades off in big sheets so easily. [Sometimes the snow cascades off by itself, depending on how wet the snow really is.] Very happy with this product. We weren't crazy about the beige color or windows when purchasing...but so happy to have both features. The beige won't show dirt as easy as white would and the windows allow us to glance into the carport easily and make sure everything is okay without having to unzip the doors and physically go in...also, the windows are just pretty! **Some installation/anchoring advice**...I wasn't super confident in the single small tent spike they provide for each of the eight feet. We went to home depot and bought 12" galvanized nails to drive into the second hole (otherwise would be empty) of each foot. Made me feel better knowing we were about to get some harsh winter weather and that the structure was sitting on pretty soft ground (grass). We also upgraded some of the tie-down cable/rope spiral anchors from what was provided to heavier-duty, longer railroad spike type anchors that we had on hand. Maybe consider upgrading anchors to something similar if the structure will be in a harsh/windy environment to prevent any catastrophe. But the structural frame itself seems high quality and sturdy.
