I have boughten 4 of these canopy Garages. The last one I bought was recently damaged and needed to be replaced. I contacted the Peaktop Outdoor CSR Team to get a warranty replacement. I explained what had happened and asked for a warranty replacement as it had only been 8 months since I bought this one. One of the CSR Team named Kelly was handling my request. At first, I was not going to get a replacement Canopy garage. However. thought our back-and-forth communication Kelly worked Hard to to get the warranty replacement honored. After a few days of back-and-forth communication, they offered me a replacement Canopy Garage. Thier product is of good quality and construction, but the best thing was their product support and the assistance that Kelly gave me in getting my replacement garage. I fully recommend this product and will but again when need.

I recently purchased the PEAKTOP OUTDOOR 10 x 20 ft Upgraded Heavy Duty Carport Car Canopy with Removable Sidewalls, Portable Garage Tent Boat Shelter with Reinforced Triangular Beams and 4 Weight Bags in Silver Gray, but unfortunately, I was not impressed with this product. Despite its claims of being heavy duty, it was actually quite flimsy and did not hold up well in even the slightest storm. During a recent mild storm, the carport was blown away and damaged. The reinforced triangular beams and 4 weight bags were not enough to keep this carport steady and secure. Additionally, the sidewalls were not as removable as advertised, making it difficult to adjust the canopy to my liking. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of this product and its inability to withstand even mild weather. While it may have been a good value for its price point, the lack of durability and stability make it a poor investment in the long run. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and sturdy carport or shelter.

Solid construction easy to assemble, I was able to assemble the entire thing by myself. Good quality tarps only issue I had was 6 of the poles were damaged with large dents. I contacted the seller they were very helpful and agreed to ship me new poles the next day. Other than that I am happy with the purchase!

We got the tent up and assembled very easily. We did not complete staking it and we got gale force winds that flipped it, slid down our driveway, and flipped again. Only two poles got bent. I contact the company and they replaced them. The fact that this was the only damage speaks to the quality of the product. They were very response and out of Texas, so I would definitely recommend this tent. Just make sure you anchor it down properly.

It took 3 of us about 4 hours to set it up. Not very sturdy. I also received 2 doors, which is fine, but not what I expected. One of the side walls didn't line up correctly either so there are large gaps. It will do its job, just not as good as I had hoped

Lynn addressed my concerns with my portable shelter. She is amazing!!! The top had ripped and a pole bent. She quickly sent me new cover and sides and replaced the bent pole. The tent is not super thick but I plan on putting a sacrificial tarp over it to keep the shelter intact. I think over all it is a nice shelter for the price and I dont think you can go wrong with it. Thank you lynn for all your help in getting my shelter fixed. I would buy this again.

Bought our canope approximately 11 months ago and the wind tore the roof. Contacted the seller and communicated with Doria in Customer Service and she was very prompt in sending us out the roof replacement. Excellent customer service.

Super easy to put together and anchor to the ground. However, after only a couple months of usage the roof started ripping. There’s a rip across the top and the sides that hold it down. We had to duck tape it back together and tie down the sides with some rope. Waiting on seller to get back to us but definitely don’t recommend unless you like to deal with customer service. Pretty bad durability…
