  • Easy to use, accurate, and inexpensive!
Color: LE600AG(Slope)
I've see golf rangefinders at several times the cost of this unit, but what more could they offer? I found it easy to use out of the box, with a minute or two with the short instructions. It's accurate for objects whose distances I already know. The scope is surprisingly powerful, and it seems to home in on the flag, and not get confused with more distant objects. I bought this as a Christmas gift for a friend, and liked it so much I got one for myself! They really do put these on holiday sales, I ended up paying ten dollars more post-holidays. ... show more

  • Works great and great price
Color: LE600AG(Slope)
I looked around for a good rangefinder and came across this model. It works great and is way less expensive than the major brands. I use it often and it hasn't let me down.

  • decent value for the price
Used for golf. A friend has a $400 model, which is my basis for comparison. For about $100, it's a good value. It can be a challenge to get the correct distance - you need to have an approximate idea, so that you can decide if the reading is accurate. It sometimes takes several tries to get a good reading, and it usually varies by a few yards from the much more expensive model. If +/- 5 yards on a 175 yard shot is close enough, then it's a good value. If you need more accuracy than that, you'll be frustrated with this model. UPDATE: After seeing this review, Peakpulse proactively provided a replacement, which seems to work much better. Their email communication regarding the replacement was poor, which led to the first shipment being returned as undeliverable, but the ultimate outcome was positive. It's a very good product, especially at this price point, and I would recommend it. ... show more

  • Great low cost golf rangefinder
Color: LE600AG(Slope)
I ordered this as a deal on Prime Day and received today, so these are initial impressions. I have wanted a rangefinder but could never justify the high cost. With sprinkler head markers and GPS, it is not totally necessary. What is nice with a rangefinder is knowing the distance to or over a hazard. At the low price of this item, I decided to take a chance. I am glad I did. I live on a golf course, so I shot a couple flags and other objects from my yard. I got the yardages quickly and the results were repeatable. That is all I ask. This rangefinder has "flag acquisition" technology and that should not be confused with "pin seeker" technology. This one locks on a flag or any object that you sight and press the acquisition button. It could have been called boulder acquisition technology. Pin seeker requires reflectors on the flagstick to work and all courses do not have them. This rangefinder does not have a scan mode and it only locks on a point. Also not a problem as a point is what I am looking for instead of trying to follow a continually changing display. The slope feature is a nice added feature at this low price. All in all, it is quick and easy to use and all most people will ever need. It does not give you every feature, just the ones you need. I drove around a few holes on the course and the flags I shot corresponded quite well with the distances on the score card. Slope added or subtracted a few yards as it should. I will update if I find any problems with on course use. Update. Three years in and still working perfectly. Had to replace the battery early this year, so 2-3 years battery life. ... show more

Great range finder. I use it for golf all the time but have used it at the gun range as well. It is accurate and vision is clear. Very easy to use.

  • Peak Pulse Range Finder 650
Color: LE600AG(Slope)
Had an older version of this model. Works fair but not as well as older model. Gives inaccurate readings sometimes before the correct one. Doesn’t have built in case magnet so it can be attached to metal surfaces. Knew it didn’t have that feature though when I bought it.

  • Knows the Distance... Pity It Can’t Swing the Club for Me
This golf range finder is awesome—solid build quality, feels great in the hands (like it was made just for me), and the design is sleek without being too flashy. It’s accurate to the point where I can’t even blame it when I chunk a 9-iron 30 yards short. Every time I line up a shot, the range finder confidently tells me, “It’s 152 yards, champ,” and I respond by hitting it like I’m playing mini-golf on a windmill hole. At least I know what the right distance was—that’s progress, right? In all seriousness, it’s a fantastic tool and easily one of the better golf gadgets I’ve used. It’s just a shame it can’t also fix my swing. ... show more
