Code for gamepass that came with it doesn't work just says Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page or device, or you may be ineligible to redeem this code. when I put it in microsoft.

The controller works nice and is comfortable to use, but it doesn't glow much even after several hours in a brightly lit room. Only after shining my flashlight directly on it did it glow a little
