Description

PC Concrete epoxy gel is an anchoring and concrete repair product. PC Concrete has exceptional strength, maximum field reliability, along with a high heat deflection temperature of 134 degree F, which provides engineers and contractors with a choice for specifying and setting adhesive anchors in elevated temperature environments. PC Concrete out performs all caulks and hydraulic cement. PC Concrete will not come loose from any cleaned concrete surface. PC Concrete the best solution for permanent concrete repair. PC Concrete is a two component 1:1 ratio, 100 percent solids, high modulus, and structural epoxy gel. It is a solvent free, no odor, high strength, moisture-insensitive epoxy. In addition, PC Concrete has a long working time 20 minutes at 75 degree F, while providing a bolt down/paint time in as little as 4 hours. PC-Concrete has been tested in accordance with the ICC-AC58 Acceptance criteria for adhesive anchors in concrete and masonry elements. PC- Concrete is recognized for the following uses: static loads, seismic / wind loading, long term creep at elevated temperatures, static loading at elevated temperatures, damp holes, freeze thaw conditions, critical and minimum edge and spacing distances. Used as adhesive for wood, metal all types, glass, brick, block, rubber, concrete, stone, slate, fiberglass, tile, and more in any and all combinations. Color component a: White. Color component B: Dark gray. Color mixed: Concrete gray. Work time 70 degree F: 20 minutes. Cure for service: 4 Hours. Elongation: 1.9 percent. Conduction electric: Non conductive. Thermal shock: Excellent. Toxicity: Non toxic once cured. Heat range: -20 to 115 degree F. Compressive strength: 10990 psi yield. Compressive modulus: 214,180 psi. Tensile strength: 6790 psi. I have used this product several times to attach threaded rod into limestone, it works well and I have had no failures. I wish the operation of the mixing tip didn't use up so much of the product and that it flowed better. When I received this product, it appears that one of the tips had been removed prior to shipping ... bummer, someone is not paying attention...I had to order a pair of tip replacements. ... show more

My concrete pool had developed some thin settling cracks and as a result,..was leaking an estimated 50 gallons per day. This last winter, I drained the pool, used an angle grinder to widen the cracks, then applied this stuff. A few days later, I sanded it,...then prepped and painted it with a 2 part epoxy pool paint. Has worked beautifully. Pool has been full all summer and NO MORE LEAKS. Great stuff. Highly recommend for similar type of project. Normally you buy a whole tube. But unless you’re setting enough material, you have a lot of leftover cement that gets wasted. It mixes in the cap, hardens, then you can’t use the rest. This was Great for setting a few bolts or rebar for small projects.

I bought this for anchoring a heavy duty floor stop in a commercial setting, this seems like it'd do the trick both volume wise and suitability. Somewhat pricey at $14 but if it works it's worth it. Just received it today and discovered per the cartridge label, less than half the cartridge is usable! It appears that only 4 oz of the 8.6 oz cartridge is to be used. When you reach the REDline on the back side of the label, all the epoxy has been dispensed which is slightly less than half the tube. This important (I feel) piece of information is NOT mentioned anywhere in the description. I am feeling quite misled and am deciding whether to return it or keep and give it a try. Regardless, I'm very adamant that this product's description is extremely misleading and borderline deceptive. I'm only rating it as 3 stars because I haven't used it yet but may return to update my rating IF I keep it and try it on the intended job. ... show more

When I purchased this product, I didn’t realize I needed a special pp-50 gun to properly dispense the product. After buying the special gun, I was able to reattach a broken off head onto a concrete statue.
