I have been using an old metal re-usable straw, flattened at the end, as a fire-starter for years of backpacking. It's fixed length created other obvious problems. The Item is a small telescoping metal tube. There's not a lot to say about it but that it's a nice one. I haven't used it for it's designed purpose yet but it irritates the heck out of my pets when I blow on them with it, that's for sure.

This bellows is such a small and simple device but I have been really impressed with just how helpful it is getting a camp fire started from small kindling. Being able to concentrate and direct the air being blown into the fire to get it going makes all the difference without leaving you out of breath and blue in the face.
