  • Great once you get the correct drivers for windows.
Color: Rainbow 3
Great controller, use it for PC. Mostly FPS games. If your having issues having games recognizing the controller, go into device manager while the dongle or controller is plugged in, and click on the xbox360 peripherals and manually update the drivers using the Xbox 360 drivers that comes with windows. ... show more

  • This is the ONE! I tried every other controller.
Color: Rainbow 3
I seriously tried every controller besides anything from Razer or Scuf. Those are overpriced for what they are. This controller is perfect for me. I don't need 4 back buttons. I love the feel and placement of this controllers 2 back buttons. Not easy to press accidentally but somehow easy to press when you want. It's perfect. The 2 extra top buttons are also in the perfect spot. Every button, bumper and trigger is perfect in my opinion. Then next closest controller is the GameSir G7 Pro or the oddly shaped Bigbigwon Blitz 2 TMR but they are definitely 2nd and 3rd. My only complaint with this controller is the weight. It is a little light for me but I like bricks aka things heavy like the Xbox elite 2. I can't stress enough how much this controller is the ONE! I'm glad I tried all the Easy SMX and GamrSir and even things like ZD O+ Excellence. But I could have saved myself a lot of time had I bought this controller first. I don't even think this was out when I started my journey to find my perfect controller. Well I found it. This truly is more responsive and less laggy than any other controller. I even bought some Phillips SHP9600 open back headphones (they are amazing) and the Ablet boom mic to plug into the headphones and this controller and it's awesome. What an excellent experience. I didn't all the research for you. Both watching YouTube for countless hours and then buying and returning everything other than this combo. Don't hesitate to grab this controller. PS: I had to go to device manager and to the Xbox controller with a yellow ! and then "find driver on my computer" not search automatically. Then select the Xbox controller driver. To get this controller to show up in windows and steam. After that grab the bigbigwon app and plug the dongle in and leave the controller off. Update the dongle. Then unplug the dongle and wire the controller up to the computer and update it. Then hold the logo or "home" button for 10 seconds til it vibrates and then calibrate the sticks in the app and you're good to go. ENJOY!! ... show more

  • App/recognition issues
Color: Rainbow 3
So I just got the rainbow 3 a week ago from today (today nov 3rd) Early impressions: The stick felt good. It felt light and “cheap” but it felt good. I am comparing the “feel” of the stick with my gamesir g7 pro and my scuff valor pro wireless and 8bitdo ultimate 2. Among tho see controllers this is the cheapest feeling of the bunch. Regardless of the feel, the controller is solid. The lights are pretty awesome. I am not a fan of RGB but I must admit the colors on this controller is pretty cool (very bright and vibrant). The buttons and bumpers and trigger all feel great. No complaints. Very clicky and responsive. I tested the controller via gamepadla and wireless and wired mode both gave me 2,1000 polling rate And 2.6 left and right stick circulation with no dead zones. This is my first controller that has capacitive sticks. Capacitive sticks is supposed to be better than Hall effect and TMR sticks.. the sticks for me felt smooth and responsive.. I am not a professional gamer so take that as you will. I played battlefield 6, apex, arc raiders, hades 2 and silksong. So far (after figuring out the issues I had read the negatives below) this controller is awesome Latency for the buttons and the sticks are great at around 6 and 7ms wireless (I play wirelessly all the time so review is based on wireless mode more so than wired) Battery life is great played some games for around 5 hours or so and didn’t even reach half way! The controller can connect to my xinput, switch, and it has a dual sense edge mode which works on steam (to those that love to use the dual sense edge mechanics) Overall the controller is great minus a few negatives that I definitely did not enjoy lol *NEGATIVES* The app on the pc is not so great. One moment the menu shows certain options available like setting polling rate to 2000 and then when you move from tab to tab the menus and options are gone. You would then need to reset the whole app and hope it sees the menus again.. some people who are not informed would just assume some of the options are not there at face value unless they knew that they had to “refresh” the app a couple of times for it the options to pop up. Secondly the app was very frustrating for me. The app could not register my controller for a good portion of my initial testing. It did not see that my controller was plugged or wireless or wired.. had to play around with it by unplugging it and plugging it back in.. also. The app Will see your controller if it’s in xinput.. okay fine… here’s the problem.. your computer itself won’t run the controller or see the Xbox xinput in that mode.. so what I had to do was go to the drivers of my computer and manually update my Xbox drivers and it finally sees the controller in xinput.. some users are stating this shouldn’t be a thing and it needed to be fixed on BIGBIGWons end with a firmware update.. previously the only way I could make the controller work was setting it in dual sense edge (dse) mode… the problem with that is as soon as you set it to dse mode and want to use the app again. The app will not see the controller on DSE mode.. so in order to fix THAT problem I needed to download the phone app and switch it that way… also keep in mind using DSE mode will increase the circular accuracy of your sticks for some reason which I’ll go on a limb and assume it will also affect latency to some degree The whole app and recognizing the controller issue to xinput and dse modes was such a hassle… a consumer should not need to deal with any of this.. they should just plug it in and use it and should be very easy… going through all this trouble was such a pain. With that said. If they can figure things out with the recognition of the controller and app utilization, this controller is quickly one of my favorites. I will say if you don’t have the patience to sit there and mess with the setting etc. DO NOT BUY IT. But if you’re willing to put in the work as an early adopter of this controller then you will be satisfied with its performance in game. I will support bigbigwon (mojhon) and give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a 4 star unless something else egregious happens in the next month or so. They need to figure it out with a firmware update because they have something special here (in my opinion) ... show more

  • Disappointing Warranty Support for a Faulty Controller
Color: Rainbow 2 Pro with Charging Dock
I was initially excited about the BIGBIG WON controller due to its features and performance. However, my experience with their product quality and warranty support has been nothing short of infuriating. After 9 months of use, the controller developed slight stick drift, forcing me to adjust the dead zone just to compensate. Shortly after, the A and Y buttons became mushy, with the A button frequently getting stuck. Later, the X button started sticking as well. I reported these issues in detail to BIGBIG WON support on October 2nd, within the warranty period. I even provided the requested photos. Despite multiple follow-ups and polite emails asking for acknowledgment, I received no response. Weeks passed without any update, and as the warranty expiration loomed, I sent a strongly worded email to stress the urgency. Still, I was ignored. A product is only as good as the support behind it, and BIGBIG WON has demonstrated a complete lack of commitment to their customers. Their lack of communication and disregard for warranty claims is unacceptable. I had high hopes for this brand and even recommended it to friends and gaming communities, but I now deeply regret doing so. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this brand. Their controllers might look appealing, but their quality is questionable, and their warranty is worthless. ... show more
