The chair was easy to set up & sturdy enough for my husband & I to both feel supported. I was afraid the face support would not be comfortable, but it was, as you can adjust the angle & the pad was sufficient. I took off 1 star because I do think it can feel a little unstable at times, but if they added more stabilizing components, it may make the chair too heavy for easy portability.

We use this occasionally. It is easy to get in and out of the storage bag. In the bag, it is similar in size to a large golf bag. Probably takes up a lot of space in an apartment, but at the house, we can keep it by the door to the pool most of the year and easily fits in a closet to get it out of the way. Good value. We are large people (170 & 210) and it has a good working height and does not give or complain about our size(s). Other reviews expressed concerns about the headrest connector. I looked at it to see if it needed to be replaced or reinforced, but it has given us no problem at all as-is. Very pleased with the product appearance and quality. Would recommend.

A bit bulky assembled. Had to return as it came damaged, the part for head was broken, even though it seemed to be packed nicely.

Didn't really buy this for massages. But for the purpose of s3x it's kinda hard to get a good position unless you remove some parts. But otherwise it's a very good and sturdy massage chair. Came already assembled but keep instructions to fold back up because that will confuse you until you get use to it.

I only can speak as a Massage Therapist. POSITIVE: price affordable, able to be easily carried especially because it is lighter and smaller, water and oil proofing, it is designed to be compact and foldable, to make space and ease to store, easy to assemble, the whole chair frame is sturdy except the seat. NEGATIVE: The seat and the face cradle do not have enough high density foam, they both need to be improved. The seat hurts to be seated after 3 minutes and it also wobbles. But, my main CONCERN is liability. While you are giving the massage you must be careful not to hurt the client's chin against the metal bar. You can feel the coldness of the metal bar on your face. Resting the head over the cradle is completely very uncomfortable and hazard making the session stressful for client and therapist. The material for the suitcase does not look strong. Maybe the chair is good for others purpose but I don't recommend this for giving massage to a client. I am giving one star because safety issues for me is more important than if the client doesn't like my techniques or style.
