What a deal - 8" mattress for a little over $100. I weigh 160 pounds and I can say there is absolutely no need to go any thicker than 8 inches. This is on the firm side, which I find agreeable. I bought the mattress for my 18 month old, as she had one but it was so stained from spilled bottles, diapers, etc. and first of all it expanded in like 5 mins. No springs or coils! Last one we had had springs and coils and it just wasn't good. This mattress was $30 less than the last one we had and its 1000% better.
