I never write reviews, but Paya Health gummies deserve one! I have tried skin gummies in the past, but I have never found any that actually work. They usually taste bad and show no results. Paya taste great, so I don’t have to remind myself to take them, and after taking these consistently for six months now, I can honestly say, Paya is amazing. I saw results after two weeks, but months on and I swear they’ve taken years off my face. My skin is glowing and I haven’t had so much as a pimple in months. I think these vitamins were crucial to clearing up my cystic acne on my chin recently. They are easy to remember to take too, because they are so yummy. Definitely some added sugar, so keep that in mind if it bothers you, but that's what makes it taste great. Will definitely rebuy!

A tasty treat, they have a sweet berry taste, with a soft chewy texture that doesn't stick to your teeth much, and if you hold them in your mouth they melt quickly. It's hard to review supplements, because so many variables are involved and it is hard to definitively pin down what changes were caused by the supplement and what were from other variables. But maybe these helped...? A bit pricey, but a nice tasty treat. Get great nails and skin without compromising with the taste. It's been 3 weeks I haven't notice any difference in my skin but my nails are definitely getting stronger!! Price is a bit high i feel but they work !

These Paya Retinol and Biotin gummies have a very unique cherry-like flavor, but with something else that I can't quite pinpoint. They chew nicely, as it's easy to bite right through, and not tough. It's always hard to say definitively if supplements actually work, but I have a few doses left and I've noticed my nails feel nice and strong (usually at the length pictured they start cracking), and i've seen less random breakouts on my face. I haven't noticed any weird side effects or adverse reactions, so overall my experience with these has been positive!
