    • Inexpensive and beautiful, add class to your crafts and projects with this foil
This is a very, very inexpensive set of foil, and I see two uses for it. First, if you are just starting out in either burnishing or illumination then you are not going to be using real 24K gold foil to learn on. Second, if you are relatively experienced and do a lot of burnishing and illumination then this Paxcoo package is your friend. To be transparent, I have in the past used real gold leaf to do illumination, and, while it looks beautiful, the difference in the results are not worth the difference in price for the projects that I work on. Some of the other reviews talked about the product tearing or ripping or flaking. That is just the nature of metal leaf products. (There are some craft products where plastic, faux metal products come with plastic backing or adhesive backing. Those will be better for some, but you simply cannot get the level of precision that you get when you use real metal foil.) I like that the pack comes with a variety of metallic colors. This has allowed me to add two tones to some of my illumination work. All in all, I am personally very impressed with the Paxcoo product and will be ordering it again. ... show more

The foil came on time and the colors are very pretty. The gold isn't light or discolored, but the rose gold is darker than it shows in the picture. Still, you can easily pass these foils off for real gold and silver. The foils came in a very handy hard reusable plastic container. The foil acts just like real gold foil; it is fragile, sticks to your fingers, and very thin. Some of the foils were a bit ripped, but were still in their square shape. I used my foils for nail art. A trick for picking up small pieces is to lick the tip of a toothpick and touch it lightly to the piece of foil. The foil was a bit hard to handle, but easy once you get used to it. Make sure to keep the foils between their paper separators. All in all, I think it is a great product. ... show more

These are perfectly flat, gold, silver and copper COLORED imitation gold leaf. They will be perfect for the art works I want to make with them. They call the copper "rose gold," but it's copper. But anything vaguely pink and metallic is called "rose gold" right now because it's trendy. They come in a plastic box that keeps them organized and IN TACT! No little flakes flying everywhere! These are just what I was looking for, and this should be a lifetime supply because you get A LOT!!! 100, 5-inch by 5-inch sheets of each color, 300 sheets in all! Since I'll only be using one or two square inches at a time, and every sheet is 25 square inches, it's going to take me a LONG TIME to use this box up! ... show more

This is a beautiful product. All the colors are great. Be sure to have area blocked from drafts. Brush off the excess into a bowl or you'll have foil pieces on everything. The price is so affordable that I didn't have to be concerned about overuse by my 12 year old grandson. He loved gold and copper leafing shells. ... show more
