It was smaller than expected but perfect for my dog. Weight 4/10. It’s on the heavy side so 2 people would be ideal in putting it together. But once it’s setup, that is no longer an issue because the wheels on the base help with that. Speed 10/10 this is basically determined by how fast your dog is willing to go. As they speed up, so does the treadmill and it slows down as the dog slows down. Customer service was also great. It was missing a plastic end cap which doesn’t affect its assembly or performance, more for aesthetics and they are going to send me one. Took about 4 days to get my Pitt puppy to get the this level of consistent walking-jogging. 5 stars well deserved. I highly recommend this

Shipping was faster than expected. It came a week early. The QR code has much better instructions to put it together than the instruction pamphlet. Parts did come broken, missing washers and one of the side panels did not come cut fully (onky one side was cut so we couldnt put the screws through). Reached out to the Pawpaw company to see if I can get replacement parts to make the structure more secure. Currently is put together and my dog happily jumped up on it and did a few trial walks on it but again is wobbly since unable to out all screws in it. I bought the medium upgraded size and it seems to fit my 75lb Belgian Mallinois well. I will update review when I hopefully get the rest of the parts and put it together properly.

The media could not be loaded. Love this thing! It's been a lifesaver ever since we had to leave our farm.... family needs and life happened and we sadly had to sell our farm and all the livestock. Our poor little border collie no longer had a job and was going nuts living in the suburbs. So along came Pawpaws to save the day and everyone's sanity. Sure we run him and play etc. But it was NEVER enough for him...... but this treadmill has been VERY beneficial! The added brake system is wonderful, I just wish I got the large size bc we even squeeze our livestock guardian pup in this thing so she can get her miles in LOL she barely fits, so it works for now, but we are thinking of Jimmy rigging it to make the harness holder taller so she can fit better. But she's very slender so it works width wise, just need it a bit taller. But great product! Definitely recommend

Product looks great and seems solid, but the tread won’t move without a lot of effort. I push it as fast as I can with my dog on top, he’s barely trotting, more like a fast walk. No way he’ll ever be able to make this thing move on his own. Is mine defective? Is there a way to loosen up the track?

Why did you pick this product vs others?: My dog loves it, but it is deafeningly loud. I'm worried about my dogs hearing. I can't be in the same room as him running on it without the same hearing protection I wear to the gun range.

Overall, it works but does have flaws, and it's impossible to get ahold of the company. Have emailed multiple times over the last couple weeks with no reply or help.

I bought the medium sized slatmill with the plastic slats. It works well and is greatly enjoyed by my dog. It took him just a few days to get used to it. He now jumps on it when he wants to walk or run, which is every day. He enjoys watching dog videos while he is on the slatmill (the only time gets to watch dog videos, it like a treat for his hard work). The slatmill has helped get rid of some of that excitable energy, thereby enabling him to be able to listen better when we train. (He loves his daily training also.) I do wear earmuffs to muffle the slatmill sound, since I stay in the room with him. He weighs 43.6 pounds, is full grown and is about 2 inches shorter than the maximum height and length recommendations. It fits him perfectly.

I received my treadmill in a damaged box that had tears on all sides. Once opened all parts were loosely scattered with cut zip ties. Styrofoam was even torn in pieces. After removing all parts from box it was clear the item I received was a customer return as it had damage on most parts and was missing several pieces. One of the bottom wheels was cracked and unusable. After assembling the treadmill, the belt wouldn't rotate. One of the wheels was so bent it was rubbing the belt, preventing it from moving. It has been almost 3 months since I received my treadmill and it is still not operational.
