PawRunner is suitable for small to medium dogs (up to 200 lbs, 35.4" tall, 29.5" long) and cats or any other similar pet within the specified weight and size limits. How can I train my pet to use the PawRunner? The manual includes a video link with step-by-step instructions to help train your pet to use the PawRunner. Is it easy to align the belt if it's running left or right of center? Yes! Just start the treadmill at 1.5 or 2 mph, use the provided hex key to turn the left or right adjustment screw at the back end of the belt, and allow the treadmill to run with no load for 1 or 2 minutes! My dog doesn't like loud noises. Is the treadmill loud? No! The treadmill is made for a stress-free dog jog, with 65 to 70 dB which is about the level of light city traffic - similar to what you'd encounter on outdoor dog walks. What should I do if the display console shows an "Err" or "E00" message? The "Err" or "E00" error code shows if the magnetic safety key isn't inserted. If removed, the treadmill stops and won't restart until it's back in place. This feature ensures safety in emergencies. For troubleshooting, see the User Manual.

Amazons delivery guy was very thoughtful and professional. It was very easy to assemble and took about 20 minutes. I didn’t put up the design covers on the sides but I might in the future. The Manual was helpful. Somewhat lightweight treadmill, easy to move around but it doesn’t fold. My Collie got on it and wasn’t afraid of the noise so that’s great. Motor runs smooth and quiet. When he walks on it there’s the standard belt sound. It took some constant coaxing to keep him on and not fall off but that’s to be expected. The length of the belt is nice for small/medium dogs. With his size gait (collie/retriever/chow mix) , down the road I might buy the large size but this is great before the new year to get him working out and to help him lose weight to help his arthritis. Having his harness attached to the bar really helped keep him stable and so he wouldn’t just exit the treadmill. I used a dog seatbelt extension with a large clip on it to attach his harness to the overhead bar to keep him in place. If you think of taking off the plastic guard for more belt room, don’t do it. You only get one more inch and then the wires are exposed. I will need to come up with another way to get his body pushed forward so his head extends past the bar - that way his entire body stays on the treadmill the entire time. Front rollers can be taken off to make the treadmill flat instead of inclined. Giving treats gave a very nice incentive to keep him going. He walked 3 minutes, 5 minutes, then 15.55 minutes today on his first day so I think he’s spent! The time went by fast 💨 as I recorded each time. He Seems happy and is lying down snoring right now! Very glad I bought this! Highly recommend for bored, overweight, arthritic dogs or just for dogs needing to use up some pent up energy. Really helps when you don’t want to walk them due to bad weather or when it’s late at night etc. Highly Impressed !!! UPDATE 2/2025 I ended up buying the dog pacer 3.1 a couple weeks later, because the length was so much longer for my dog. It is about 76 inches compared to about 46 inches. He’s doing really well walking an hour to 1.5 hrs a day to lose weight and improve his arthritis. Both of these are really good machines. If you have a small to medium size dog that’s not very long, This should be fine, but if you have a dog that needs lots of walking room I highly recommend The dog pacer 3.1. I do have to say the manufacturer was really awesome about fast shipping, great product ( just too small for us) returning this treadmill was easy as they had ups come pick up the box and refunded my full amount. So if I ever get a small dog, I’ll definitely consider purchasing this one again. ... show more

We have had our dog for 10 months… super high energy. I was doing literally hours w her a day & still couldn’t get her enough exercise. She took to this quickly and is now doing it 1-2 x a day for 20 min a piece in addition to our other activities. She is so much more manageable. Only reason not 5 stars is I wish the ramp was about 3-5 inches longer. She really has to stay right up on top of it. But she’s got it. She is 50lbs. ... show more

This is a great treadmill for a smallish dog. Our pup 12.5 pounds, runs twenty minutes every afternoon on it, she does this willingly. She gets walks, but its not enough exercise for her and this is the perfect exercise supplement for her. Its also very useful when its raining or when its just too hot to walk outside. This is easy to use, runs very smoothly and is quiet. Its only four feet long so does not take a lot of space. Mine arrived with two plastic trim pieces missing. We have a very, very active Wired Haird Fox Terrier and he gets bored in the winter time. When he gets bored, we all suffer because he goes on your last nerve. For Christmas, someone brought him a Treadmill, and he loves it. First it was very well packaged, everything was there and in perfect condition, way to go. The install was very easy, simple and quick. The machine is easy to understand and use, which makes it fun. Our dog was very comfortable with using it, and after that first time or two where we took it very easy, he was off running. Hi. I was really excited to receive this as it had great reviews. I must have gotten a broken treadmill that slipped through quality control as it will not turn on and is broken. It won't start a program and I can't control it manually or with a remote. Returning a whole treadmill is going to be a pain in the butt or taking it to the dump. Easy to assemble and looks beautiful. I'd like to try another one if I can get a replacement that works. Kinda disappointing to assemble the whole thing only to plug it in and it's broken.     • Don’t “Err” message return it just add the safety red magnet fob to the panel
We also had the “Err” message but did some investigating and it is not broken it is that the safety key (red magnet fob) was not attached that will solve it.so please do this ahead of returning. My Pomeranian loves the treadmill and great as it often gets over 100 here in the summer. And she needs energy relief we do 5 minutes a day 3xtimes a day. Smart purchase. ... show more

    • Good quiet solution for pet exercise
It works fine for our medium-sized 22 lb terrier. The positive: The system is quiet and the bars well placed. The assembly is basic and functional, without unnecessary bells and whistles, keeping the cost low but still providing the minimum level of durability and functionality, so kudos on that. Potential improvements that would not add significantly to the cost: Provide a small caddy to hold the oil and remote control and/or a small hook to hang the remote control when not in use. That way, the entire system becomes self-contained and the lubricant doesn't get lost. The need to remove the entire bar assembly to insert the velcro loops, or as in our case, flip them around, is rather annoying. Why not just have double-sided velcro strips without pre-stitched loops that could be added or removed without disassembly? It's impossible to get fully under the belt to lubricate, so you just have to guess. Is there a slightly more elegant way to do this? The "beep" is needlessly loud and disturbs the dog. Must it be that loud? I didn't understand the need for two sets of sideblinders (black and blue -- why not just black?) and all the extra velcro strips. Could save costs by eliminating that. ... show more
