I just received this product and right away I had no issue getting my dog to use it. I have a 10+ year old Dachshund that was recently diagnosed with IVDD. The vet told me to keep her from too much activity and absolutely no jumping or running. But my dog is very stubborn. I have a short futon, about 1 foot off the ground and she absolutely refuses to stay off of it. When she wants on it, she's determined to get in her spot. I was very worried she would cause further pain or injury from jumping up and down off the futon, so I decided to try this product. So far it is PERFECT for her. It's exactly the right height and not too steep of an incline so she can get up and down with ease and it's wide enough that I don't worry about her falling off going up or down. It's also very soft, but incredibly sturdy so I'm sure it's better for her joints and pain going up and down. All it took was a few times holding her and "guiding" her up and down several times, then using a treat to coax her into going up and down by herself and she almost immediately got the hang of it and is using it on her own now. I've bought plastic steps previously so she could get up and down to my bed on her own. They were fine in the past but with her current health issues they aren't a good fit for her. They are too hard of a material and too steep of an incline for her to use. I'm going to give a little more time and see how this step/ramp works in the long run and if it continues to go well I plan on buying the larger version for my bed so hopefully she can continue to get up and down on her own with as little discomfort as possible and to prevent further injury. It's also extremely lightweight and easily manuverable. Overall I'm immediately impressed with this product especially at the price point. I would definitely recommend trying it for anyone with a small/medium sized dog that is injured, has pain, mobility issues or difficulty getting up or down on their own.

These steps are all that! I got these to replace her plastic stairs as she was starting to slip off the side. These steps are a firm foam, with enough give for her to get a grip and make it up & down, easy peasy. Lightweight and non-slip nubbies on the bottom. There is a zipper so I can assume the cover is washable (but I wouldn't put it in the dryer). All in all, I'm very pleased with these steps.

In the beginning, I regretted buying this because it wasn't working for my dog. However, after training and showing her how to use it, it works and prevents the dog from jumping and hurting her back and legs. I think the design is a bit off depending on your bed and height.

I bought these softly curved stairs after trying out regular stairs for my two fur babies. They could not get on the bed with regular stairs but these curved stairs worked perfectly and are so functional. I have had these stairs for almost a year and a half and they still look like new and function perfectly! I love that the cover is removable and washable without shrinking. The stairs are soft but sturdy and the curved detail is perfect for my needs with my beloved pets. Obviously I am getting my money’s worth with this quality product and heartily recommend it - with NO reservations.

I’ve been looking for 100% foam step for two years. Last year I tried several of the steps with cardboard supports and my fussy, spoiled dogs hated that style. My original foam steps are mostly “slides” or ramps from the years of many short legged dogs (bassets, corgis, and now doxies) using them for access to a tall bed. I was desperate. So I started looking for 100% foam steps and thank goodness I found this seller. Great quality! Excellent materials and workmanship. Affordable because I needed two as my fussy, spoiled dogs can’t handle a single set of steps, demand a wider pathway to the bed! These are miniature duschunds! Anyway, the steps arrived quickly, much appreciated. Can’t say enough positive things about the product and the seller. Highly, highly recommend and would buy again. Bravo and three cheers! Thank for saving my sanity and making two stubborn spoiled, much loved dogs happy!
