It was easy to build only needed an extra hand with the screwing and can be done alone just nice to have an extra hand , the roof was easy to put over, it’s pretty sturdy and the material is pretty good , the size of the kennel is perfect not to big not to small my 1.5 year old German shepherd fits great in it coming from a xl crate he has more room to stretch and walk around. And since I’m using this inside I can’t speak on the outdoor experience, but my dog has yet to escape it. No complaints. The only things I would change are putting some plastic/rubber covers on the bottom of the posts and maybe adding something to keep the dog from bumping up the latch. Other than that, it was super easy to build and good quality.

the kennel is sturdy and well made but the canopy has weak if any uv resistance. within a year it was shredded by sun and wind. better to cover it with something better than the very thin brittle canopy it comes with. it will only survive one summer.

Cool! My son just set this up for me. It's under a covered patio which gets slammed occasionally by wind and rain, so perfect! My dog is over 120lbs and normally on a tie if not indoors. so he's got room for when I want to have company (so we can sit outside comfortably) so he doesn't intimidate them! 🙄 Not too friendly with strangers. I also didnt want to have to take him in a bedroom. I'm leaving the door open with his bone and water just to get used to it. Love it!! I'm super happy! ... show more

It took a minute to assemble this because I did it by myself. It’s holding up well, considering the fact that I’ve moved it by dragging it several times. I do see some rest happening, but that was to be expected. It is metal. The canopy goes on easily, and stayed on when it was windy. The only thing I don’t like about it is that I have to Duck to get inside and out of it, which is difficult for me personally. I would purchase this product again if I needed it. ... show more
