I am quite satisfied with this product considering the price. As other reviewers have noted the instructions are confusing at best, also the zip ties will never hold up exposed to the sun. I solved this problem by picking up a roll of insulated wire at Habitat for Humanity Restore for $1.50. It's a little more time consuming versus the zip ties but will keep everything in place. The structure is sturdy enough for chickens, do not know about ducks. I attached this run to an already existing wood run I built that is very strong. I cut a hole in the wire on my run and butted a door on the Paw Giant up against it and wired everything together so it's very solid. I spread straw for the girls to scratch and they walked right in. I actually got these for my quail to give them more space than what they had previously. We don’t have predators where I live so the bar spacing is fine. I love the easy access all the doors on the sides in the top to help you reach whatever you need to reach within the run And it is actually easy to assemble in pretty sturdy. I’m very happy with the purchase, and I’m thinking on getting another one as an add-on for this one if you were for chickens, I would probably wouldn’t add more than about four chickens, but I was able to add 13 quail to that coat and they seem very happy with a lot of space to run around ... show more

It’s a great little run for my chicks. Very easy to put together. I put it together by myself. I have 9 chicks, 4 months old, and a 4 month old turkey that use it daily. All 10 can be in it at once, along with their water and food. They love the roost bar.

Material and set up is similar to a dog kennel. Light Weight, so easy to move around. We put hardware cloth on bottom to use for rabbits. We did bend it a little trying to put it together, but nothing noticeable. We will be getting more for the other rabbits and chickens.

We needed a portable solution that would allow our six chickens to grow, have access to lawn area yet not run free. They are too young to be free, and this fit the gap from their chick crate to young birds. I love how easy it was to assemble, how sturdy it is and yet light enough to move around. After reading other reviews about this run being flimsy, I went out on a limb and made the purchase. I’m glad I did! This run is sturdy! The instructions could have been a little better, but nonetheless, it was easy to put together. Took two of us. We laid all the pieces out, put the run together in the drive way and carried it to the backyard. The metal is great quality. Has about 4 latched doors, which came with included clasped, carabiner type locks for each door. This run included a small tarp, that came with hooks to secure it to the top of the run. I was worried the run wouldn’t be big enough but to my surprise it’s really big- big enough for my 8 chickens with 4 more pending move in. Granted, I did link this run to my coop that has a small run already attached. I do plan on buying the smaller sized run to add to what I have already. It should be super easy to hook together without any issues. All in all, this is a 10/10! ... show more
