Got this kit in yesterday and installed it today. The adhesive backing was easy to peel & stick, and adheres well. The entire strip is VERY bright, and has a wide color temperature range it can be adjusted to. Love that multiple sets can be controlled by a single remote, and easily can be dimmed or have the color temperature changes from warm to cool. Would definitely buy again! ... show more

The lights are really cool, not really flexible but can be worked around with they are badly joined together at 8ft to complete the 33ft which makes the stripe have 2 different lighting, when I turn the Light there’s an area where it’s whites light and the 8ft will be warm light only if I press the area where it’s joined together will it give equal white light. Update: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 star for good, quality customer service I was immediately sent a replacement and have been in contact with the seller since to confirm that the new one is working as it should. Quite happy with this. 1. I mounted mine on "ceiling grid molding" which allows for nice diffusion by bouncing the light off the ceiling. See the photo. 2. Strip is flexible and I did not need any connectors to turn the corners. 3. There is a visible voltage drop as you go along the strip, but this is just a limitation of LED strip tech as far as I know. If you were using RGBs and wanted to actually look at the lights, maybe that matters. But if just just want to create diffused lighting it doesn't matter. 4. There is some relatively fragile soldering every 2 feet or so along the strip. As long as you stick it where you want correctly the first time, it's no issue. If you need to peel it off, there is some risk of damage. 5. They sell a connector kit. It took me some time to figure out how to use them best, but once you do, the connectors work great. 6. I got this because the adjustable color temperatures allow me to simulate the sun throughout the day and move closer to true circadian lighting. 7. The media could not be loaded. When I went to install these lights, I noticed that they weren't neatly wound on the roll, but figured it wasn't a problem. I ran two 8ft. long strips directly off the roll where I adhered them to an angled aluminum channel. I used 3 wire connectors to bridge the two strips and plugged them in to find that 3/.4 of the installed strips didn't work. Closer inspection shows that at every junction where the lights are soldered, the solder joints are huge and fragile. Several of the solder points were bad. Not only that but the stirp appeared to be squeezed and overheaded at the joints. Even after fixing the joints, several sections were bad. ... show more

I recently attempted to use the LED Strip Light White CCT Tunable to illuminate the underside of my microwave, but unfortunately, it failed to stick securely in place. Despite the promising features and lighting options, the adhesive on these strips proved inadequate for this specific application. I tried cleaning the surface thoroughly and even applied additional adhesives, but they continued to peel off, making it frustrating to maintain the desired lighting setup. While the light quality and tunable color temperature are great, if you intend to use these strips in a high-heat or vertical application like under a microwave, be prepared for potential adhesion challenges. ... show more
