Really. Are use this for years, it is water-based so it’s very manageable for your scalp in your hair. It moisturizers very well whether you rinse it out or as a leave/in; curls get bounce , the hair get shiny, and stronger and it does fabulous around color because it keeps the moisture in the hair. I love this stuff for like a once a month condition. Put it on and add a shower cap and heat. Hair comes out super soft. Sometimes I just put it on add the shower cap and sit in the hot sun. Best conditioner I have ever found.
