The product is ok. I used it after getting a perm and curls. I used the shampoo and leave in conditioner. My hair is long and thick and hard to comb out. I used to be able to find this product in my local JCP but they apparently don’t sell it in-store anymore. Was pleased to find that Amazon sold the spring-loaded shampoo and conditioner at a lower price than what I found on JCP’s website.
