I bought the experience pump version because the conditioner sold in the tube IS WONDERFUL. I don't know if i received a copy or a bad batch. Nothing in the pump bottle I received is anything like what's in the tube. This pump version is a white, almost fluffy like conditioner that seems so thin and zero feel of silkiness in my hair. I have waited several minutes to rinse hoping for a better outcome.....same bad experience. Once I rinse, I have to re-condition with another conditioner product. This product is magical. After using, my lightened hair feels stronger, softer, and easier to comb through. All that, and it smells great, too! I wash and condition as normal, and then let the Awapuhi set while I finish my showering things before rinsing out.

So, I like this stuff, but it didn't change my life like the other reviews state. Some details - 1. I have midbreast length, color treated hair 2. Thick hair but fine strands 3. Some split ends, not much damage 4. No parabens, sulfates, silicones, and very little alcohol in my hair products 5. I sleep with a silk bonnet, don' brush when wet, rarely use heat, protective styles often, oil treatments, wash 2x weekly. AKA I take pretty dang good care of my hair Maybe because my hair is in good shape this didn't do much. Just a normal, good level conditioner.     • Almost Went Broke Before Finding This Product!

72 years old and decided to let my pixie cut go and stop coloring my hair. The frizz just would not go away. Hair salon every five weeks to try and tame it. Only acceptable until I washed my hair. Products from about five high-end products. I moisturized, ironed it, blew dry it, and air dried it. Nothing worked except this wonderful Awaphai product. I put this on my hair, put plastic wrap over it for about twenty minutes, and became amazed. This product worked! I will pay the price again because I can vouch for its quality.
