I'm not into winter sports, but I still have to deal with winter. I live in a part of the world where a snow thrower gets plenty of use. And I don't know how I've done without a set of goggles like this up to now. Today, in particular, is very cold and extremely windy - bringing in snow from the Great Lakes and providing intermittent white-out conditions. In the past, I've just turned my head and squinted to avoid those frigid blasts that make your eyes water. No more. With this set of goggles I can face winter head on without blinking or tearing up. High quality, comfortable fit, easy adjustment, and clear view - everything as advertised. Now, over-the-glasses? Well, not my glasses, anyway, but my frames are large and thank goodness I don't need correction for distance vision. Over-the-helmet? I couldn't say, since I'm not likely to ever use them with this kind of sporting equipment, but I would say the strap is a pretty generous length and very easily adjusted, so I'm sure those wearing a helmet would have no trouble with this product. Ordered these OutdoorMaster Owl Ski Goggles OTG for myself to use this winter on the ski slopes during night skiing. Having an extra pair with a clear lens is often just easier than having to pop lenses in and out. The product came in plastic packaging and included a soft carrying bag. I prefer the brands that use cardboard boxes as packaging as its better for environment and provides some protection when shipped in soft plastic mailers. The goggles fit me but are on the smaller side. Not sure many glasses are going to fit well under them. The foam on the glasses is soft but seems like the lower quality material. Finally while the strap is plenty long it does not have any silicone on the inside to help it stick to a helmet. I have to compare this to another brand I ordered at the same time, I was only a few dollars more but has a much bigger lens, better ventilation, and a very nice magnetic removal system for the lens, as well as silicone on the strap. So in comparison that item is a much better value if you want a larger pair. Probably worth consideration if you can get it on sale and are specifically after a smaller simple pair of goggles with the older style curved lens. My 4 star rating is based on the quality of materials for the price and comparison to other available products. Hard to get a clear lens though, so I will still use it when we get out at night. ... show more

Overall, I'm happy with these goggles. It is not as nice as their pair with the magnetic interchangeable lens system, but it is still a decent pair of goggles. Got these so that we had an extra pair for friends or family who come to visit and want to hit the slopes that are 30 mins from us. These goggles are more than sufficient for this purpose. As a first timer I was afraid to go pickup something too expensive, but these are great. Easy to adjust and wear. I don't know how long they'll actually last me, but since I don't think I'd wear them outside of some rare trips I bet I get a lot of use out of them for years to come.

Excellent goggles, they are comfortable, fit the contours of my face well, and fit over my eyeglasses. The anti-fog works as well as it ever works when used over eyeglasses. The glare reduction is excellent, and the visual clarity is great...all that I can ask of a pair of goggles. A drawstring storage sack is included, and it goes without saying that the strap is long enough to fit over a helmet. These goggles are super comfortable to wear and provide a good field of vision. They are more affordable than other brands’ goggles and would be fine for beginner skiers/boarders. They are also OTG, meaning they are designed to fit over glasses. However, you can definitely wear them without glasses (they are just a bit more spacious than non-OTG goggles). Check the VLT% to make sure you purchase goggles that fit your needs. ... show more

At first I wanted to grab a pair of these (got the yellow tint) to see how they'd do for long-distance road trips; varying cloud cover and day/night glare (they worked great, BTW), but then decided to give them to my youngest. He's a fan! All of the clan has their own except the littlest amongst us, so I felt a tinge of guilt when I was sporting these on our last trip. I picked a smaller size to better plop on like big glasses, but later decided to bequeath them over to the yewt. Thus far, he's been wearing the heck out these and even gets into some pretty serious dart wars around the house. All in all, a good set of googles and a very reasonable price point. My 8.5 yo can wear these goggles easily and so can I. They tighten to fit his face and the size works great for him. There's a removable film on the inside of the frames that you have to take off before using. Love the wide viewable area.
