I have a f350 diesel truck. Had constant mice sitting at top of both batteries and mice dropping issue. Purchased 2 of these and used one on truck and other on my Honda accord. Best tool I purchased, followed instructions to clean infected area then hook them to vechile battery. After 4 months no more mice issues anymore since I purchased them. Read and follow instructions then you notice it works. Very real results.

I did not install my Patler until way outside of my return window, as life has been busy. If I had I would be returning for a refund to try something different. Upon installing the noise is weak and faint, it does not sound full time. It appears to be motion activated but does not always sound. Sometimes it will sound if I shake it in place. Overall it does not work to my expectations and would accept a refund from the seller at any time, I would gladly ship this product back asap!

Easy to install, seems to work. I got these after 3 separate encounters with rodents eating my wiring harness and taking up residence in my A/C blower. THey seem to work as I am rodent-free now for 6 months

I can’t speak to if the device works. There is no noise and the light does not flash (or at least I can’t see the light). On line installation instructions do not exist. There is a QR code that takes you to a site and from there are links to YouTube etc that don’t work. With that said, if you are all handy it is easy to figure out. Install at the battery terminal and mount somewhere under your hood (I used double sided tape). What I don’t know if there is a particular direction to point the device.

I recently started working from home and driving my car a lot less. when i popped my hood for regular maintenance, there were acorns all over my car battery where a squirrel or rat was attempting to build a nest. After ordering and connecting this device, i have seen no evidence of pests in my car. It has been connected approximately 3 months. It runs off of my car battery and has not run it down or anything. I live in the woods, so rats and squirrels chewing up wiring harnesses and building nests in vehicles that sit for periods of time is a common issue. I have recommended this product to all my neighbor's for their cars, too. This product saved me the headache of making costly repairs down the road. Thanks!

Easy to set up, rats not showing up anymore. Four cats from neighbors frequent my backyard lately; so, hard to say, maybe a combination of the device and cats, or could be the device alone worked in keeping rats away!
