  • Pleasantly surprised! Pleasantly surprised!
Size: 10x12
If you like to build stuff like me, then this might be your dream project. If you don't like to assemble things, then this will probably be a nightmare for you. This 10x12 building is no small feat. It comes shipped via 11 boxes, each one labeled as box-1 thru 12 (I know the math doesn't work, but trust me on this). Box 12 actually has two box 10s and box 9 is shipped twice (box 8 is skipped for this size building). I'm sure the way the boxes are numbered has everything to do with how the company ships various boxes for various size buildings. It has nothing to do with the assembly steps. That said, the inventory sheets found in each box was my best friend when it came to finding the part I needed during assembly. All pieces are labeled very well and there were no surprises like missing parts. As others have pointed out, you MUST have a flat level foundation before you begin. The plastic flooring is not strong enough to provide as a foundation alone. I chose to build a pressure treated wood 2x4 grid with 3/4 inch plywood on top. It worked out very well for me as my ground was a little uneven to start with. I highly recommend using a high quality cordless screwdriver with a sensitive clutch because since you are screwing into plastic you have to be careful not to strip out the plastic (I used a Milwaukee driver). I was really surprised how strong the building became as each part of the assembly progressed. The engineering of the roof trusses would be welcome in a new home for me. I made my decision to go with the plastic resin for a couple of reasons: 1- Having a metal building in the past, it rusted out over a few years so never again. 2 - A prebuilt wooden shed would cost twice or more as this one and will require repainting or staining eventually while this resin should last a really long time with no maintenance. It's already had to pass a leak test since we have had some hard rain recently and no leaks! Finally, the assembly manual was good and the assembly video even better. I watched it several times before I started and referred back to it many times during the process. ... show more

  • Excellent quality Excellent quality
Size: 10x10
Okay, excellent product. I ran into a minor issue because the instruction manual was missing; I reached out to them, and they responded quickly. It wasn't a problem for me—it took me basically a week to assemble it, and the result is beautiful.

  • Nice shed
Size: 10x10
First, the shed itself is nice, more rigid than you would expect from a plastic shed. The metal roof trusses are very sturdy and high quality. You won’t experience the rigidity until you completely assemble the shed, the roof panels being the last panels to be screwed on. The instructions aren’t too bad, but assembly will take MUCH longer than the 2-3 hrs. stated in the instruction booklet. It came in 9 boxes, some were fairly heavy but nothing I couldn’t handle myself. In my opinion, open all the boxes and lay everything out according to part #. This alone takes1-2 hrs. I only needed help from my wife installing the trusses, other than that I did it myself. Now, the reason I gave it four stars was due to the amount of hardware that was missing. Two important roof brackets were also missing that the company sent out a week later. The hardware I could get from lowes/home depot. They would have replaced the hardware, but I didn’t want to wait. Overall it’s a nice looking shed and it can’t be overstated enough that your base needs to be perfectly level. ... show more

  • Strong Final Build, But Plan Your Setup Strong Final Build, But Plan Your Setup
Size: 10x10
We received the patio well in 2 multiple shipment 9 total boxes labeled 1 through 10, with box #7 purposefully missing from the sequence. Despite the numbering gap, all parts were accounted for when unpacked, and everything was well organized inside. Before assembly, we took an extra step to ensure long-term stability by building a solid foundation. We constructed a base using 2x6x10 boards, forming a box frame with five internal supports, then carefully leveled it. This made a huge difference in the final sturdiness of the structure. The initial setup can feel a bit misleading—the plastic wall panels seem somewhat flimsy at first. However, once the metal frame (skeleton) and roofing components are installed, the entire structure becomes very firm, stable, and surprisingly strong. We used both the included screws and additional patio/deck wood screws for reinforcement. Assembly took about two days total. Day one was focused on building and leveling the foundation, while day two was dedicated to assembling the structure. With a three-person crew, the main build took roughly 7 hours, from 10 AM to 5 PM. Using both the instruction manual and the video guide together made the process much smoother. (3drills large ladder circle saw 3 inch deck screws bricks tools make a different) I saved $2500 building shed and choosing the plastic 10x10 instead of metal or wood build in place. ... show more

  • Quality is bad and high price is terrible
Size: 10x10
This shed isn't worth the money. The delivery took 4 days, several boxes at a time. It doesn't all arrive on the same day, you have to wait a very long time. The instructions are terrible. It's unclear what goes on backwards and every once in a while. They miss so many key parts that you have to figure it out yourself. The wind blew, and the walls aren't holding up, so I'm giving it one star. I hope someone will refund me at least a third of my money. This shed was worth six hundred no more. Don't waste your money or time. ... show more

  • Great Shed, Highly Recommend Great Shed, Highly Recommend
Size: 10x8
This is a great shed, and reviews played a big part during a lot of research. We bought a 10x8 to replace one the previous owner had purchased. This one was better made with a lot more screws, so it’ll hold together better. Biggest advice: follow the instructions one step at a time, and pay attention to what is circled on the instructions because it’s usually enlarged on the page with more guidance. It could’ve been overwhelming, but we took it one step at a time. We had two places where we had to undo and redo a step, but they were very minor and we laughed at the mistake (duh). As others mentioned, aligning the doors was the hardest part, but I think that’s in any project with a door. We have a gravel base built up for slightly uneven ground. The walls snap into place like the instructions say, and after you get the first few it goes up quickly. The metal roof frame takes the longest (on the ground before you install it), but it provides the most support and stability so it makes sense. The roof frame on this shed is much stronger than the one we took apart (walls are better quality too). Once put together, the shed is very sturdy and stable. As others mentioned, have a level surface for the shed, open the boxes and take an inventory, and have a table for laying out all the screws which are clearly labeled. We didn’t have any problems with missing or damaged parts. Instructions are in the last box you receive, and our 7 boxes were delivered over 2 days. We used a battery powered screwdriver with low torque with the Phillips head and hex head - lifesaver. We could’ve finished in a day but quit early. Overall: we would highly recommend this shed. ... show more

  • Large Size but Disappointing Build Quality and Missing Parts
Size: 10x12
I was interested in this shed because the size, windows, and skylight design looked like a good fit for backyard storage, but my overall experience was disappointing. After starting assembly, I found that my unit was missing one panel, which immediately made the installation process frustrating and incomplete. For a shed of this size, all parts being present is essential to even evaluate it properly once built. Beyond that issue, the plastic panels themselves feel quite soft and flexible. During assembly and light handling, the boards bent more easily than I expected for an outdoor shed that’s meant to handle year-round weather. This softness made the structure feel less sturdy overall and raised concerns about long-term durability. The biggest drawback is the door design. There is no metal frame reinforcing the door, and because the plastic is so soft, the door bends when you pull it open or closed. This makes it feel insecure and less reliable, especially for a shed that is advertised as having a lockable door. Overall, while the shed has a nice appearance on paper, the material quality and structural issues make it hard to recommend. ... show more

  • Not worth the amount charged
Size: 10x10
The boxes came in poor shape. Some looked like they may have been opened and revealed. The product had some dents and dings. It was difficult for to put together for three people. The screws were terrible and needed to be replaced. Even though it's together, there are areas that a small bird could find it's way in if it really wanted to. ... show more
