I love it. Took a couple different litters to find one that works best and took about 2 weeks for him to get used to using it but he’s 11 so might take shorter time for a younger cat. When the bag gets full I can start to smell it but otherwise can’t smell it at all. Big enough for my Maine coon to fit too.

This was great for about 2 weeks, then it stopped working. It would say that it cleaned the box and I look inside, and there’s several turds and clumps of litter. I changed the bag properly. I made sure the litter was the right amount. Highly regret this purchase. Update: it now doesn’t work at all. I’ve emailed the company twice and no reply. Cannot find a phone number anywhere. I found them on instagram and made a comment and sent a direct message and no response. The box spews litter everywhere, it doesn’t work at all, it reeks, and we are back to a regular box. And now out a ton of money and the company won’t even respond.

It helps reduce smell and it’s reliable to clean up after our feline friends. I’m not sure if it’s worth its value but it’s better than scooping if the bag is put in correctly to catch everything when cleaning. I appreciate the self cleaning mode that will rid ALL of the litter for a deep clean. Litter leaks out because the litter will go under the rubber liner which is not removable(possibly could if you undo the screws) so when you clean it you have to constantly spin and smack it to get all the litter to come out before deep cleaning it. Have to vacuum around it daily because litter comes out easily after use. Overall it’s a good product but could use some improvements

As you can see below, I purchased this product 8 mos ago and paid top dollar. I have tried to make contact with them to no avail. Issues: The side & back seams leak Does not take out all of the waste When washing the litter ball, the flap that the waste goes thru broke, needless to say the litter box is useless. Inside the box there is a label to indicate the amount of litter that should be used. After a few times of getting cat urine on it, it is comes off. Instructions are difficult to understand. I contacted them several times to see if I could replace the flap and why is urine leaking at the seams!!!!! I am 18 weeks pregnant with my second baby & my husband was horrible at taking over the litter box. I've never been good about scooping either. I've always wanted one of these but didn't want to spend so much money on one. It seemed like a perfect compromise. Not too much money but had what you would expect from one. We looked at cheaper ones but decided this had everything we would need from an automated litter box. I am amazed it is as good as it is without being as much money as the ridiculously priced ones out there. It is super quiet. The only noise I've heard come from it is the clumps or extra litter dropping when it cleans. The app comes with SO many settings. You can also choose to control it from the app instead of having to press anything on the actual litter box. You can choose how long of a clumping time, when it needs to scoop, & can set a timer for the self clean & deodorizer. It also takes the weight of your cat which sometimes can be inaccurate but I'm sure that's just because of how they might be standing in there & what they're doing. It tracks the activity of when a cat approaches, enters, & leaves. It's a little extra but for the money, why not? I've only had it for a day but can tell such a difference in my cat. She is so serene now that she has a clean litter box always. We think our outside/inside cat that goes to the bathroom outside has also used it since getting it since it doesn't always smell so much like the other cat in there. The one thing I have noticed is that it still smells like a dirty litter box when you get close to it but it's not horrible unless you're up close checking inside. I'm going to try adding baking soda into the bags before using them at all to see if that can help with some of the odor. We got this litter box to go into the corner of our living room when the old litter box was always in the back room that is now going to be turned into a nursery so it was important to us that we would not have to scoop on top of not having to smell the litter box either. I turned it facing me to show what it looks like in person but the second picture is how our current set up is to keep it isolated & out of the way so nothing sets off the sensor. We got this on sale during prime day & lucked out with only spending $333 on it altogether with tax. It has already brought so much convenience to our life & I couldn't be more relieved to not have to worry about scooping or dealing with a litter box when our December baby arrives. I will try to come back after a few months to update any changes or issues we might encounter or anything else I figure out about it. So far, I am completely satisfied with our purchase.

I used to have one of those rake litter boxes and it was so much upkeep and buying the replacement litter trays was expensive. I wish i would have bit the bullet sooner and gotten this years ago. you don’t have to deal with the smell AT ALL and cleanup is SO easy. If I had known how great this machine was i would have payed any price
