I wish I can give this breast pump 5 stars . I love the suction is really strong, but the silicon that covers your boob doesn’t click on the actual pump making it easy to moved and leak all your milk out .. that’s the only issue I had with this pumps .. I tried it 3 times I removed everything and reinstalled the parts to see if it was my mistake but nope! My milk keep leaking through the silicon … idk maybe this one is messed up I will love to have a replacement and see if it stays in place .

Pésimo servicio al cliente. Compré estos extractores porque hace unos meses adquirí los p10 y me funcionaron muy bien. Cometí el error de no investigar primero sobre los repuestos de éste modelo p20 y cuando recibí la compra me dí cuenta de que es imposible conseguir en el mercado las piezas de repuesto para éste modelo, lo que lo convierte en una pieza decorativa, ya que para que los extractores sean funcionales y eficientes se debe hacer remplazo de las piezas cada dos meses aproximadamente; así que, podrás usarlos por un tiempo pero después, puedes utilizarlos como pisa papeles.. Contacté a servicio al cliente de Amazon para solicitar la garantía de compra y hacer la devolución y la única solución que me brindan es devolverlos pero debo asumir el costo del envío por devolución, que es superior al costo de estos extractores. No tiene sentido la solución que brindan. No recomiendo para nada éste modelo de extractor y el servicio al cliente y la garantía de Amazon. Antes de comprar algo verifica muy bien que puedes encontrar fácilmente los repuestos necesarios para que en el futuro no tengas piezas decorativas y nada funcionales.

I could not get this product to work. I was completely engorged and it still would not pump. I’m not an expert on pumping. But I do have pumps that will pump my milk and this is not one of them. I will give those product support team a five stars though because they have been very good at trying to answer my questions. They get back to me very quickly however, I just cannot get this product to work. And there are so many functions that it’s hard to use and to figure out which function to use at what time. I’m a busy mom and when I want to pump, I don’t want it to be an all day thing.

El diseño y su forma de extraer es buena,es muy cómodo , pero no llevo ni dos días y el motor de uno de los extractores no le dura la pila si no para una sola extracción .. por ende pediré el cambio del mismo porq su tiempo de duración muy malo porq si salgo y no consigo un toma corriente ,no podré cargarlo por ende no lo podré usarlo !!
