These are great, super bright, easy to install and with different light tones, you can match your existing lights. It's not hard wired directly to the line so it makes it super easy if you ever need to replace one. Definitely recommend.

Very impressed. Super thin. The wire box is very small and we just throw it on top of the sheet rock. No need to screw anything in. Lights clip into the sheet rock. Very bright lights. They don’t overheat. We installed listen to my parents bathroom. Very happy with them. I’m going to install these into the kitchen and the rest of the house. ... show more

I bought the same type of lights from a well known lighting brand about 4 months ago and paid more for a 4 pack than I did for 12 of the Parmida brand. In comparison, they are virtually of the same exact construction, making me think that both brands were made in the same factory. I took out the shop lights in my garage and put 5 of these in. What a difference in brightness. And a much cleaner look. My assessment: Packaged well for shipment Quality is very good Installation is much easier than most electrical jobs Lens is 'frosted' to diffuse light Light brightness is good but not great @ 12 watts. Good enough to fill a room if lights are placed correctly, but you will need to position one directly over a workspace for brighter light in that area. NOTE: These lights do not have adjustable dimming as shown in the included instruction sheet. You must buy a separate dimmer switch. Yes, I would buy these again in a heartbeat. ... show more
