This is a 240 volt 20 amp extension cord which is only suitable for very specific applications; which may explain some of the very weird review comments that said "prongs in the wrong place" and "not compatible with anything in the USA". It works fine when used properly. The extension cord ends are NEMA 6-20R (Receptable) and 6-20P Plug).
