So far, it works very well. I have only had it a few days. Good quality. Easy to pump it up and I have arthritis in my hands. I am a retired nurse and we monitor blood pressure in my house. My husband and myself. Very good price also. I saw a few reviews that said the fabric was no good, but mine is very nice. I like that it comes with a key to calibrate if needed.

I did like this cuff because it is pretty decently sized and it does fit around most patients' arms but really my only complaint is that there isn't a strap for the pressure guage to clip on. It does have a clip but no strap for it. It can be inconvenient giving me 1 more thing for me to juggle. Other than that? The build quality is nice enough and it's fairly compact in the bag. I would definitely recommend finding a cuff that has a loop for the pressure guage to clip onto but it's quite nice if you don't mind going without that feature.

The media could not be loaded. **Title: The Upgrade You Need for Nursing School!** This manual blood pressure cuff is a game-changer. Compared to the one I got from school, it's like night and day. It’s super easy to use—even for a novice like me, and the accuracy is impressive. No more second-guessing readings or fiddling with the dial endlessly. The build quality is excellent, too. It’s sturdy enough to handle the daily grind of nursing school without any issues. Overall great value for the price. This thing is super easy to read, too. It fits on patients of all sizes, making it super versatile. My patients have stated that this cuff is more comfortable than the ones without the D ring. I also love that it comes with a cute case that it fits into, making it so easy to take it with you on the go. If you’re tired of the flimsy, inaccurate cuffs provided at school, do yourself a favor and upgrade to this one. You won’t regret it!

Works for something like EMT or CNA school but once on the job, you will definitely need to upgrade. Maybe work for a semester of nursing school too. Eventually the valve started leaking after about 6 months of owning it and no longer works. Feels cheap quality but does provide an accurate reading when the valve worked.
