    • Cut high under the arms with narrow sleeves
All of the Long Bear styles are beautifully made, very warm, and look great on. They are well padded but still sleek fitting. But they are cut just a little too high and tight under the arms. I am usually an XS or an S. Tried a Small. It looked great but it pulled when you moved your arms up or back and forth. I am a slender 5'2" and 105 pounds but it just did not work for me -- looked great but I knew I would mind the restrictiveness. Instead, I bought the PJ Tank coat-- a completely different fit with bigger armholes, wider sleeves, a storm coat instead of a sleek close-to-the-body coat. Completely different look, extremely warm and comfortable, a coat that can be thrown on over a sweater. I really do wish that there was a PJ coat that had a fit mid way between the too-restrictive Long Bear and the quite generous Tank. ... show more
