This is for the set of small yellow 2# dumbbells. The dumbbells themselves are high quality. The coating is smooth and completely covers them, I'm not worried about the coating chipping off, and they are smaller than usual--which makes them fit into my (5'6" female) hands more easily and is especially good for wrist/finger mobility work. This also means they take up less space in storage. However, at $15.99 at the time of ordering, I found them overpriced. I would expect to pay no more than $10, and most likely more like ~$8, for a set of this weight amount.

An excellent investment for a home gym are these adjustable dumbbells. They have a sturdy, well-made feel and a really practical design. Exercises are much more effective when the dial system is used to swiftly vary the weight, especially when switching between different exercises. Longer workouts greatly benefit from the grip's comfort and non-slip properties. Unlike certain adjustable sets, the dumbbells seem balanced in the hand. Additionally, I appreciate that they have a base to keep everything tidy and off the ground. They provide you plenty of weight possibilities for both mild toning workouts and harder strength training, but they take up a lot less room than having many sets of dumbbells. They've held up really well when I've worked out my arms, shoulders, chest, back, and lower body. All things considered, these are reliable, simple to operate, and ideal for at-home full-body workout. These are well worth it if you're looking for something small but functional.

At the time my order was made, it was for 2lb set of yellow colored dumbbells--apparently since my order, the original product page now shows a much more expensive adjustable weight set. The one's I received are of good quality, hexagonal in end shape, with a soft but smooth rubberized yellow coating over cast iron. After a couple of months of use, the coating seems durable and will likely last indefinitely without abuse. The weight and size are particularly suitable for the elderly attempting to retain muscle and or rehab damaged shoulders. The can be comfortably used standing or while seated in a chair or on a bench. Compared to other similar weights, such as the Amazon Basic weights, the covering is smoother and more easily cleaned, the length slightly longer, and the handle more uniformly sized (straighter) and smaller in diameter. The latter may make these more comfortable for smaller hands, but requires a slightly stronger grip than the textured covering that extends over coatings with more texture. Overall, a worthy choice among several quality alternatives in this weight range, but come (as of the time of my purchase) at a slightly higher price.

The version I got was just a set of two pound weights. The weights seem well constructed and seem to be the proper weight indicated. The feeling of them in my hand is about what I would expect and the quality of the weights appears to be decent. They are very functional and useful for very light exercise.
